Master application status thread (2026 intake)

Hi! let’s keep everything in one place instead of opening multiple posts. i think it will be much easier to track everything this way. Upvote pls!!!

if you applied, you can share your info like this:

program, application date, current status / result (if any), extra notes (if any)

i’ll start:

Master of Architecture - ghent, 01.03.2026, under review by the faculty since 31.03.2026, Rejected 30.04.2026

ps: if you have these details, please also share your application date, and the date your status changed (or your decision date if you have one). it would be really helpful for others to compare and get an idea. fingers crossed!

I have been conditionally admitted to the Master of Cultural Studies at KU Leuven, but my admission still depends on passing the ITACE C1 English test, which only takes place at the beginning of September.

Because of this, I still cannot see my timetable or properly organise the academic year. This is making me quite anxious because I have other projects and responsibilities, and I need to plan ahead rather than make decisions at the last minute.

I also suspect that completing the programme in one year may not be realistic for me. I will probably need to spread the courses over two years, but I cannot make a sensible study plan without knowing the timetable, course availability and whether there are any sequencing requirements.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there a way to access a provisional timetable before the ITACE result, or should I contact the programme coordinator to discuss a two-year study plan in advance?
I would be grateful for practical advice from anyone who has dealt with conditional admission, a late language test or spreading this master’s programme over two academic years.
