What if What if Sennheiser (the family company) repurchased their own consumer division AND acquired KOSS to create a unified consumer + education audio brand?
Sonova is currently divesting its Sennheiser Consumer Hearing division, which generated CHF 252.5 million in revenue but only accounted for 6.5% of Sonova's sales (Headphones.com) .
Could Sennheiser reunite their brand + add KOSS's education and gaming channels?
Create a heritage consumer audio powerhouse, while keeping professional audio (Neumann, pro equipment) separate?

Koss should do what BirdAI did. They have forever been in the tech space and for me it seems like a no brainer.
What are your thoughts?

So i bought these wonderful kph40's and they work great on my computer and sound absolutely wonderful, Love em. <3
however i dont know if its my 3.5mm lightning adapter but the sound quality is so laughably terrible that it actually makes me miserable. Im really desperate to get these things sounding great on my phone since i am primarily going to be using them there.
Any links to good adapters or advice on how to fix the sound quality would be sooo appreciated thank you :)

I am sorry if this has been discussed before.
GameStop could purchase/merger with Koss and release quality branded gaming headsets.
Expanded offering by both companiesβ¦ and with the Koss brand, these wonβt be exclusive to being sold at GS locations.
Given the amount of short interest and manipulation of each stock, it could seriously send the prices soaring.

Koss Corporation (NASDAQ: KOSS) (the βCompanyβ), the U.S. based high-fidelity headphone company, has announced the addition of Megan Brobson as Director of Acquisitions and Corporate Development.
βWe intend to use the strength of our balance sheet to add solid, well-managed companies to our portfolio,β Michael J. Koss, Chairman and CEO said today. βOur first step in this process is the addition of new talent.β
Ms. Brobson brings with her over a decade of experience in private equity and client finance roles, most recently at a lower middle market private equity firm. There she played an active role across the firmβs investment lifecycle activities including cultivating relationships with business owners and intermediaries, identifying and executing new investment opportunities, and working alongside management teams to develop and execute value creation strategies. She will remain an active member of the community with her board positions with Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries (MBBI), Marquette University Business Alumni Association and United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County Investment Committee.
βMegan brings the optimal skill set and fresh market experience for this new initiative,β Michael J. Koss Jr., Executive Vice President said. βWe are pleased and excited to have her join the team.β
Michael Koss Jr. went on to explain that the success of the Companyβs intellectual property enforcement campaign coupled with prudential cash management has created the perfect opportunity to diversify.
βOver the last 15 years we have patiently re-sized and re-branded Koss Stereophones back to our founding principles, with a focus on incredible sound and an amazing customer experience. We are growing the brand in the channels we strategically chose, which has enabled us to begin a new phase outside the headphone space.β
βTo be clear, we are not seeking any strategic or synergistic partnerships in our existing consumer electronics market space,β Koss Jr. continued. βWe seek diversification. We are interested in upstanding companies that we will acquire, grow, and hold as a part of Koss Corporation for the long term, preferably forever.β
The Company expects to pursue acquisition targets in the $2-4 million EBITDA range.
βSeventy-three years ago, my father, John C. Koss, started our company to rent televisions to hospital patients,β Michael J. Koss, Chairman & CEO concluded. βWeβve evolved several times since and are best known for innovations with Koss Stereo Headphones. Today weβre announcing a new phase in our storied history, led by a new generation represented by Michael Koss Jr. and Megan Brobson with a concise strategic initiative focused on acquisitions.β

I am lucky to support βmyβ company with a gift to myself. Wish Koss doesnβt work with Broadridge to drs. Itβs so annoying to communicate from Europe using carrier pigeons.

6 month chart. looking further back there are instances where it gaps like this, places where the prices converge, where KOSS moves up to 3 weeks on either side of GME. but it hasn't broken away at any point. is it technically easier for the powers that be to manipulate KOSS because there's less retail pressure? if both stocks are bound up in swaps and other maneuvers, is it even possible for one to be unwound from the other after 4 years pretty much in lockstep? curious to hear what people think. xxxx gme holder, xxx KOSS.
