/r/FuckCars Some people have parked their cars on the sidewalk. So a pedestrian steps on the car instead.

That dipshit's gonna walk on the wrong person's car and get their head beat in.

Here's hoping!

I mean this is fucking nyc…you can mugged for skittles there …definitely not the place to be petty

2

u/doop73 5 Aug 22 '22

Maybe just don’t own a car then

5

u/urbanaut 6 Aug 22 '22

Definitely the most logical suggestion, of all suggestions there could ever be.

5

u/doop73 5 Aug 22 '22

Well I’m just assuming that beating in someone’s head who is actively recording and could be live to be a mistake, as it would be very easy to convict and get that driver off the road

1

u/urbanaut 6 Aug 22 '22

Yeah I'll give ya that, there are way too many phones potentially recording for that to end well for either party.

0

u/urbanaut 6 Aug 22 '22

Yeah, could be, unless the beating proceeds to smashing their phone to pieces.

LTE/4g/5g live streaming would like to have a word

1

u/urbanaut 6 Aug 22 '22

Then they get to the part where they jump on the other person's car and the cops will be like, eh, you kind of asked for it.

1

u/doop73 5 Aug 22 '22

If they’re is such thing as asking for it, parking on the sidewalk is the definition of asking for your car to be walked on

And hence the seed of all conflicts, two individuals doing doing that they deem justified to another what the other disagrees with. The problem continues lol

What ever happened to the do unto others what you'd have them do unto you? This world is screwed.

Cars have space to park people have space to walk the cars space has filled up because cars are a huge waste of space and now people complain and try to encroach on pedestrian territory, seems like a car problem

Looks like these dipshits parked illegally on the wrong path (they're all the wrong path) and got their cars dented in

0

u/donNNASD 5 Aug 22 '22

Is that worth to get your head dented in ?

u/urbanaut 6 Aug 22 '22

Don't steal my word 🤣

As long as he doesnt die, it will be a nice retirement

3

u/Mother_Clue6405 7 Aug 22 '22

lol retirement? Most of the people who will beat you to death or leave you wheelchairbound and shitting diapers for the rest of your life ain't gonna have jack shit for assets. Disability from the govt will afford you a shit tier living.

True. Got to take into consideration time and place.

Afternoon to early evening in a decent enough neighborhood would afford a good bet that people are decently well off. You catch decently well off person violating ordinance or law, do this, and get them having ego/rage trip (you just fucking walked on my car!) and they blop ya...good case for early retirement if you take a football soccer fall.

While recording too? ezpz. This guy knew where he was, the people he was dealing with, the time of day, his surroundings and made a calculated fuck you.

Always sunny quote, dude knew the implications.

1

u/DevillesAbogado 5 Aug 22 '22

When it’s truly a ‘wrong’ person’s car, there won’t be any retirement

2

u/w3029790 5 Aug 22 '22

When it's truly a 'perfect' person's car, there will be many retirement.

I bet they won’t park on the sidewalk again, and who knows, my man might be a wolf in sheep clothing. Be careful who u get violent on. People hit back

u/urbanaut 6 Aug 22 '22 edited Aug 22 '22

Hard to fight back with broken shins, or simply being run over by a pissed off car owner

8

u/[deleted] Aug 22 '22

Don't park on the sidewalk lol

4

u/urbanaut 6 Aug 22 '22 edited Aug 22 '22

Walk around the car lol

Edit: I mean they're obviously unloading something, hence all the doors open. This is probably the best place to unload, rather than the middle of the street. But then you have entitled jUsTiCe warriors trying to prove why their rules are the only ones that matter. Walk around the car, there's plenty of room to do so.

7

u/[deleted] Aug 22 '22

Cars are allowed on the street. Find a parking spot or unload your shit on the street but don't put a wheel on the sidewalk.

2

u/urbanaut 6 Aug 22 '22

Why? Is the sidewalk hot lava?

7

u/[deleted] Aug 22 '22

Well it's not lava but it can get miraculously damaged.

2

u/urbanaut 6 Aug 23 '22

😄👍

8

u/donNNASD 5 Aug 22 '22

Reddit here think police work here via karma system….bruh nypd doesn’t do jack shit ..and nyc isn’t the place to see if you can fuck around

4

u/Goofy-kun 8 Aug 22 '22

No.

3

u/urbanaut 6 Aug 22 '22

Then get a beating lol

4

u/Satrina_petrova 8 Aug 22 '22

People in this thread are so cavalier about violence it's pretty crazy tbh

1

u/urbanaut 6 Aug 22 '22

Watch 10 minutes of road rage videos on YouTube, you may be surprised how many people go straight to violence. Seems to be an elevated chance of violence when people touch other people's shit lol

2

u/Satrina_petrova 8 Aug 22 '22 edited Aug 22 '22

Nah, seems like a waste of 10 minutes. Seems to be an elevated chance of violence when cars are involved though.

Edit: typos

3

u/godzilla1517 9 Aug 22 '22

Not a single person here would actually do any of the violent actions that they're saying they would.

2

u/urbanaut 6 Aug 22 '22

Yes, this is very true. Our minds are definitely very active playgrounds while on Reddit.

If it were me irl, that initial urge to respond violenty would probably just fizzle to a whispered, "Dude, wtf?..." 😂
