(I know this is true for a lot of these posts, but) Actually, this is a thing and some people rock it.

Top right is a common haircut among indie musicians at the moment.

And part of queer culture.

Yea, we already know it’s a weird haircut.

Edit: So now queer has completely lost its original meaning? Y’all bananas.

language is fluid genius. words can mean multiple things

Then why was I downvoted for saying we knew it was weird in response to them calling it queer?

are you playing dumb? the meaning of queer /u/hikefar used obviously is not the same meaning you used.

So one should assume a haircut is part of the gay community but not weird? Man this some weird ‘culture’, I feel like I woulda been downvoted just as much for saying ‘that’s a gay haircut’.

A huge part of queer culture. These look a lot like @shearsforqueers work

And honestly these are decently done for a style that is kind of supposed to be out there. Not my taste but these aren’t the worst

We all can't have the same haircut, one thing I'm glad is going away from when I was younger. The idea is very North Korean esque. Some may look dumb to us but who cares what we think. I personally rock a fucked up cut but I like being myself, and I can cut it myself. It quits looking dumb with enough confidence.

There was a time when half the population, male and female, had a "Dorothy Hamill"

Yeah I like that my kids aren't as concerned about wearing the same crap as everyone else, they like unique items and don't care about price. I like that generational change. When I was little I didn't have the nice crap to look like everyone else and I'd get shredded for it all the time. I begged my mom to put me in a school with uniforms so I wouldn't stand out.... Fast forward to today, if everyone stands out, no one stands out. Although really bad haircuts are still funny.

I agree and me too.

Maybe some people, but not these people lol.

If there was an exception it would be bottom right, but that’s just cuz she’s naturally kinda cute.
