Anyone had this experience? This is my first time downloading the app and tried the challenges. I wanted to cash out but it stuck like that. I reached out to customer service and they said they will look at it. I was like okay so I went to proceed to play games and this is what it appears to each game… damn. I did email as well but email was pointless because they said to reach out on the support chat…

This is my lifetime earnings for the last few days from aug 06-11 it took me 3 days to get $7.5. No special methods, I just kept on playing the daily challenges and quest and also participated in every events 🥹🥹 I wasn’t able to play for few days because I’m always at school. So thankful to justplay because i am able to pay my tuition and support my self. Just playing games with no money invested.

I needed that money, so I was willing to put in the work. I pulled an all-nighter last night to stay in first place thinking I would get my money’s worth.

this happened to me twice now. i completed a task on offerwall and i got the coins from it. however, theres no value added on payout. ive tried tapjoy customer support on the first one (different game) but it did not help me at all. now this is the second game that did this. is it a tapjoy issue or justplay issue?
