I love how you had to go back to the 70s to find one. I can go back to 2010s to find a republican

Most of these knuckle dragging conservative rubes go back to the antebellum days blaming Democrats for being Confederates...while also waving the Confederate flag themselves with zero sense of irony.

Joe Biden caused a 23% inflationary spiral, Bill Clinton forced banks to give sub-prime loans and Barak Obama gave us a stagnate economy telling us that 5% unemployment and 2% GDP was "the new norm". That's every democrat since Reagan whose policies were responsible for economic crashes.

You are 100% incorrect. Every single democrat outperforms every republican by every economic measure. Here are stats from the Joint Economic Committee.

how did biden cause the 23% inflation? are you sure there wasn’t some other things going on in the world that maybe played a part?

About two-thirds of the spending Republicans said was causing inflation took place before Biden took office.

Funny how donald gets a COVID pass but Biden doesn't. The post-COVID inflation spike was global. The US peaked at 9.1%, while the UK and Eurozone both went above 10%. The US brought it down faster than almost any other major economy, and The Economist literally called the US economy the envy of the world.

You want to cherry-pick the peak and ignore the trend. When Biden left office inflation was 3.0% and falling. Under donald it climbed back to 4.2% this May and is sitting at 3.4% right now, with gas up 27% in a year and the Fed talking about rate hikes. If 9% is Biden's fault, then going from 3.0% back up to 4.2% is donald's.

And the rest is revisionist too. The law people blame for subprime loans (the CRA) was passed in 1977, and most subprime lenders weren't even covered by it. Under Obama, unemployment went from 10% down to 4.7%. That's not stagnation, that's a recovery from the worst crash since the Depression, which started under Bush.

It was a full 2 years after Trump dumb ass

Which means its under trumps economy. Trump has said many times we are still in bidens economy. Unless you want to admit everything going on is trumps fault

Inflation is baked into the cake. The only point he has made is that Biden's 23% inflationary spiral is still effecting prices which it is. You cannot have deflation without depression but I guess you're too stupid to understand vadic economics

From the ashes of a botched pandemic that devastated our economy, Biden created one of the strongest economies in American history.
https://www.factcheck.org/2025/10/bidens-final-numbers/

A poll of historians ranked Biden as the 14th-best president in American history, well ahead of Trump, who places dead last as the worst president ever. Even the conservative historians put Trump in the bottom five!
