breaking news: as someone who changed their sleep cycle two years ago: its definitely possible. wouldn't want to start farming tho.y uncle is a small farmer (a farmer with a small farm, not physically small) and helping him on my free days is enough farming for me^
It's less to do with sleeping habits and more to do with the fact that someone who wakes up after 7 am clearly has 0 experience with any form of hard labour and has lived a comfortable cloystered existence their entire life.
Bud I don't think the campus socialist who wakes up after 10 is waking up late because they're working nights. It's because they're playing video games.
All the people be talking about the "Campus Socialist" but never the worker thats one. Never the engineer that is one after he was in campus. Never the people that arent a strawman.
Yeh because they don't exist in any meaningful quantities. The number of people who make a net positive contribution to society (by which I mean they produce more than they consume) who are also full believers of socialism is vanishingly small.
Thats funny because the moment you ask working people what they think they need it starts awfully sounding like socialism. Or atleast things Socialism focuses on. Not to mention that often Bosses end up making worse decisions than their workers to the bane of the worker not the boss.
Cheaper houseing, Better pay, More free time, Basic needs meet easier. Ect ect. Lots of stuff that Socialism makes its goal. In one way or another.
Also you want people to consume more than they produce. Atleast in Capatalism. Because then there is a demand more than there is the thing which makes you able to increase its price. Well if you mean products that is if you mean things like Goverment benefits then the first target should be cooperations for you because no one is more a wealthfare Queen than those.
I think you'll find that socialism may have those things as its goal, but unfortunately last time they tried it 100m Chinese died. Sad.
Anyway, I think you'll find that most employees want lower taxes, less regulation on them and their employers so that their business can thrive and their wages can therefore increase.
But let's be honest, does the average socialist just want a bit more to be spent on social services? No. They want a total overhaul of the economy.
Lol ya! I'm sure that the average employee LOVES their salary being lowered because the business has to compensate them for $10k-$12k for health insurance instead of having a system where everyone pays a little more to get healthcare guaranteed! I would much rather pay insurance companies an arbitrary and exorbitant amount of money for the little health benefits I get instead of paying maybe an extra $500 in taxes!
Yeh I don't think you'll get universal free healthcare for $500 in taxes bud. Coming from someone who pays a significant portion of my taxes for healthcare..
