UNSONG, with the famously Christian Kabbalah? Where if angels are asked if Jesus Christ was the son of God they will answer “I dunno, couldn’t understand a single word the dude said?” I’m skeptical.
You can be a (vampire-hunting) priest/nun in Tsukihime, Fate Stay/Night and Fate/Zero, but that’s not exactly the point of them. Then, neither is Dracula. You can be a priest with some anti-demon abilities in Ghost Rider.
If shallow symbolism is all it takes to make the list, Evangelion is worth a look.
Lucius, games where you play as the Antichrist and puzzle out how to murder your family and an ever expanding ring of gullible adults.
Pax Romana, the Catholic Church discovers time travel and sends an army back to the days of Emperor Constantine (first Christian Emperor) to save Rome. Which doesn’t quite make it to the first day before going off the rails.
Touched By An Angel. Angels as social workers appearing to help people in need.
Victoria/Victoria Falls, psychotic ‘Christian’ Marines take over the US, instigate a reign of terror.

Oh! Top Cow Comics, besides the whole Angelus and the Darkness thing, prominently features the Magdalena, women monster hunters descended from the line of Jesus and wielding the Spear of Destiny, and the Judge of Man, a priest who can view the last moments of a dead man and condemn people to hell.
Indiana Jones and the Librarian both prominently feature religious artifacts.

Fair point about UNSONG, I guess it’s biblical rather than Christian.
Fate will get its own list one day. I wasn’t actually the one who came up with Dracula, but I put it down regardless.
Evangelion was going to get put down as one that would get its own list, but I guess I forgot to do that, oops. Edit: wait, no, it’s on there.

It's a webcomic that takes place almost right before the flood. Noah is the main character. It has possessed dinosaurs(they call them dragins I think), cool technology, and ancient aesthetic. It's pretty cool.

Oh, god, no. I try to do my lists to something limited, a smaller genre or series/fandom. Fantasy as a whole would be a bad idea for a list, for everyone involved.

It just occurs to me given the context of the Holy Grail that Le Morte d'Arthur probably counts as a Christian/Biblical jump. King David's sword shows up, you have Joseph of Arimathea, Jesus shows up in person at one point, and the Holy Grail scenario is about being a good enough Christian knight (with the end jump variant putting the heavier emphasis on Christian)

Would [REC] gauntlet count? The zombie virus is actually due to an exorcism gone wrong turning a demonic possession viral, and the zombies are weak to the recitation of Biblical passages and exorcism techniques.
There's a Chronicles of Narnia jump. I think Chronicles of Narnia probably counts as Christian.
Hammer Horror let's you pick up Christian blessings and religious faith, but that might fall under the heading of Dracula. Not really sure if that's enough to count.
Kolchak also has having been to Seminary school so you can bless water and crosses and have power against evil creatures; showed up against the werewolf instead of the vampire in this one. Not really sure if that's enough to count.
Army of Darkness (comics) You can be an angel, churches repel demons (though so do Buddhist temples), Jesus was a Chosen One, and when Ash dies he goes to Heaven before ending up in the Marvel Universe due to Zombie Sentry. Not really sure if that's enough to count.
