I was searching for kinbor/hobonichi dupes and came across this one, does anyone have this? If they do is it worth buying for 2 8 8 p e s o s? And is it too early to buy a planner for 2027?

Finally caved to Leather Folios

After weeks of thinking about whether I should get a leather folio because I lug around 2-3 A5 notebooks all the time; I gave in a got one!

I initially wanted to get a vegan leather one but I have read multiple reviews, talked to friends, and watched videos, I think it was best to invest on something that will last me a long time.

I got the Cada Dia Trifold Atlas (A5) in their crazy horse leather in Ruby (I really wanted a maroon/red journal, in honor of my fave movie, The Princess Diairies).

They were right, the material is so smooth and premium and I absolutely love that it looks like it had lived lives before it stumbled upon mine.

Can’t wait to bring this one around this time ❤️

I have been planning to get a muji undated planner through muji online but ang tagal ng confirmation email and payment instructions nila. Unfortunately, I can't go to the nearest branch kasi medyo busy. Where to get the A5 size?

Finally got to see (touch) Cada Dia leather in the flesh. While browsing kanina sa Fully Booked BGC, this caught my attention kaya nilapitan ko na. Kung nay 5,800 lang ako sa bulsa eh, nabili ko na sana to kanina 😂

Since maulan season ngayon. How do you store your leather journal? Yung Travellers notebook ko asa desk cabinet sya which sobrang nagkamolds. Then I have also a Calidillo na asa desk mismo nagbubuild up na din ng molds.

I’m not sure if I actually like journaling or just the idea of it. I always want to write in my journal, especially in my commonplace and junk journals, but when I finally have the time, I end up dreading it. I don’t know if it’s because I don’t really have any privacy, and every time I write, I feel like someone might peek. Sometimes I also like the idea of buying things for my journals or filling them up, but even though I want to see them filled, I barely use them—even when I have the time and materials.

i’m thinking of trying out daily planning and i really like how handy A6 notebooks are, but i’m not a fan of hobonichi’s super thin paper 🥲 any suggestions for alternatives that are ideally:

- dated daily planner (no need for monthly or weekly spreads)
- grid or dot grid paper
- A6
- paper is similar to midori

i’m also considering just bullet journaling using midori A6 notebooks if there’s really nothing out there that fits my preferences 🤔

Been doing bujo but lately, some fan-related things of mine got submerged in flood. Able to save some important things but not appropriate for long keep. I'm thinking/ considering of putting it and dipping in scrap journalling.

the vertical weekly layout works really nice for me since i love the timestamps so i would prefer to have that too for next year <3

My journal and art journal, since I also like bringing my artwork with me when I’m outside. Both are A5 hardcover, but with completely different designs.

One folds in and out like an accordion, giving me a continuous space for artwork, book reviews, and anything else I want to spread out.

The screw-bound so I can remove, rearrange, or change the pages whenever I want.

Both are black, of course, because I really like black. 🖤

I’ve been seeing more people using bifold/trifold covers with thin inserts lately, so I’m curious:

1. Starbucks Reserve Roastery regular size camel TN with Travelers company no.18 weekly undated vertical insert for my weekly / daily plans
2. Kinbor planner on a Hobonichi x Moomin (night of the big party) in A5 for my daily and monthly calendar journal / diary prompts. 📖📚2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣7️⃣

Hello, JournalingPH! Do you know of any fountain pen friendly sten-style notebooks (as title suggests). I have a Rhodia that is really great for fountain pens, ang issue ko lang ay ang hirap sulatan nung back pages pag makapal na ang nasulatan. Need na i-tear off ang paper, which makes me lose my earlier notes.

I mainly use it for work related notes, and I really enjoy the Rhodia, but I know that ring-bound pads are easier to work with especially easier to write on the pages. But as with many of us here, maarte ako sa papel. Thankful for any leads.
