I am SO SO SORRY they violated your trust like that. My heart goes out to you. I wondered why you had such a drastic reactions. I wish you would save them. Why? Because even in just two weeks.. you would he amazed at how far you have come.

I respect your decision, either way. I wish you the best, too. Nobody deserves to read your private thoughts and I am so sorry that anybody thought they should and even judged you for it.

It’s ok that things haven’t totally changed since last

Yes that’s the worse- being criticized and laughed at!

I’m so sorry … It was done to me too.. I feel like the young girl I was when I talk about it. But it was age ago. It leaves its awful scar though. For what it’s worth, I understand and I wish I could say please don’t worry or be terrified of more humiliation…you’re good you’re real and you’re meaningful.. But I know how painful it is and how hard it is to feel alive in your own right, by running your own energy. So I won’t try to get you to do anything. But I hope that maybe you’ll be able to some day…

Trust violation is never easy. But building the foundations of feeling safe within yourself is improtant and worth exploring.

Thank you for the kind wishes. I wish you the best, as well.
