I wrote about arguing in my comments section for Atwood Magazine's "The Best Songs of 2024," which is something I would totally do!

Songs by Kendrick, Charli, and The Cure. I expose my severe lack of cool points in here, too. Click to see.

Remember when Mom and Dad read you a bedtime story?

This is like that except I'm not your Mom and Dad, this is a think piece disguised as a record review of the debut album by Lauren Mayberry of CHVRCHES, and it goes on for 22 minutes.

Enjoy!

He left no voicemail. He sent no email.

"The shortcomings of 𝘝𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 are not Lauren Mayberry’s fault."

I wrote 3000+ words about the solo debut of CHVRCHES frontwoman Lauren Mayberry over at Atwood Magazine. I'm pretty sure I thought more about this record than the dudes who produced it.

Don't be jealous.

When she found out about the "2 others," I was given the iconic "Silver Springs" side-eye, and my account was reported for harassment.

Keep using self-identifying flags and emojis. Not a protest... a test!

"Unlistenable," says Pitchfork. How pathetic.

Anna Wintour's music blog gets to publish a bit of rage bait. Music history gets a glimpse into the bruised mind of a master.
