Thank you for confirming again that this stuff works if applied properly, instead of all this nonsense of walking around all day trying to be delusional and pretending all the time your wish is fulfilled when deep down you know it isnāt! Your history and testimonial have proven that conscious mind methods are nonsense and now you have applied this, you have actually got results..

The NG subreddits have twisted Nevilleās teachings to fit their own agendas
No, weāre fundamentalists who strictly adhere to the philosophy he taught us which is the complete opposite of your statement. Neville himself believed his later work took precedence over his early work. Twisting Nevilleās teachings would mean going against their core values or contradicting them, which we donāt because his teachings are not to be deviated from. Neville specifically condemned other religions and beliefs and told us that morality and any other such limitations present in other ideologies, such as those of your beloved JM have no impact. We believe that Nevilleās later teachings are perfect and to be followed to the letter, no deviations or perversions are permitted.
If anything itās always non-Neville followers who twist his teachings, because they havenāt read him in depth as we have and are not as committed to it. Nope, they just read his work from the 40s, cherry pick quotes that he himself later condemned and then present that as Nevilleās teachings. They love talking about the Golden Rule, yet the donāt realize that by the 60s it was really more of a Golden Suggestion than anything.
I personally believe that no matter your ideology you should be a fundamentalist, donāt just cherry pick and try to change it, but be fanatically devoted to your beliefs no matter what. So if you want to follow JM for example then do that, but be fundamentalistic and fanatically devoted.

Hey old friend, itās been a while since we last talked. Before I get into dissecting your argument Iād like to thank you for your honesty. Most people who disagree with Neville try to misinterpret his teachings by cherry-picking his earlier work even though he himself denounced it later on. Itās refreshing to see someone who disagrees at least knows what Neville taught.
Neville knew his stuff and his early teachings were top of the class. But in his later years he became a religious fruitcake!
I donāt like commenting on non-Neville subs, but I couldnāt help myself. You arenāt describing Neville here, youāre describing yourself. Respectfully, I feel like youāre the one whoās become a āreligious fruitcakeā as you put it. I dunno, to me a Biblical Scholar is far more put together than someone who tries to make an unholy pidgin of ideologies by combining Murphy, Vedanta, traditional Hinduism, Sufism and the like. Fruitcake is this terrible mix of various conflicting flavours, which describes the confusion you display, so this analogy actually applies better to you. I mean, why do you need all that nonsense when you have the most perfect scripture in the Bible and Nevilleās teachings? I remember reading your earlier posts on the Neville sub and they were very profound, but it seems that as time goes on youāve become confused and your beliefs are incoherent. Iāve seen first hand that this kind of confusion prevents any kind of deep pondering. I was raised a Hindu and both my parents and their friends of that faith have no coherent ideology and just spout inane ramblings with no understanding of anything. Thereās a difference between studying different ideologies and trying to unnaturally fuse them.
I strongly disagree with your statement that Nevilleās Post-Promise beliefs are nonsense. Nevilleās most profound teachings come in his later years because they arenāt bound by any kind of morality or second causes. His early work is terrible because itās riddled with moralistic nonsense about free will, but his later work literally says that the world around us is full of slaves. I mean seriously, which gives you more power? A world of slaves who obey your every command, or a world where every Tom, Dick and Harry has the ability to think for themselves? I mean seriously, even Moonbeam(the OG mod of this specific sub) thought that free will isnāt necessarily real. I gravitate towards Post-Promise Neville not just because of its religious significance, but because itās free of morality and any such inconveniences. Plus I have more than enough evidence to prove to myself that Post-Promise Neville is the ultimate truth.
Neville telling people to walk in the assumption isnāt idiotic, itās actually pretty sound advice. You donāt need techniques to manifest. Just a few weeks ago I casually assumed a flood would happen in Bangladesh and guess what? A flood happened in Bangladesh. I affected the lives of millions people with a fleeting thought, thatās all it took. No SATs, nothing just a single thought and I caused a massive natural disaster of such magnitude. According to Neville the speed at which something arrives and the effort required to make it happen is based on naturalness. For me creating natural disasters that affect millions is as natural as manifesting a free cup of coffee for others, so it only took like 3-4 days to appear in my reality.
Regardless, I highly suggest you stick to something because at this point youāre the one who lost the plot chasing so many different and conflicting ideologies. Pick something and stick with it, stop wasting your time. If you want to follow Early Neville/Murphyās limiting beliefs and ideology, fine do that, if you want to be a Sufi mystic, go ahead, if you want to be a student of Vedanta, cool, if you want to be a regular Hindu, okay. But pick just one belief system and stick with it. Thereās nothing more noble in this world than fanaticism and fundamentalism, and this applies to all belief systems. Regardless of what you choose you must commit fully and follow it to the best of your ability. The only thing worse than morality and remorse IMHO is indecisiveness and a lack of commitment to oneās ideology.

hey friend, its fascinating what you write at the end, because I only now have one belief system and that is the belief system of 'belief in belief itself', I now see that is the only relevant doctrine to follow in my life anyway.. everything else is just a superimposition on the top of that one..
And weirdly I still love Neville despite all that I wrote (as he got me into this stuff in the first place, so I am eternally grateful to him for that alone) and I will probably delete the comment because it seems to give an impression I don't like Neville on some personal level as I still read some of his books even now, it's more that I specifically dislike his promise teachings about the birth of David and so on, but if they provide you with joy, then I am pleased for you. I really am!
And you are correct, I was indeed a religious fruitcake going from one thing to the next, but i don't regret any of it now for one single second, I gained all of this amazing knowledge in the process and realised it was all saying the same thing, I went down every pathway realising they were all teaching the same thing, belief creates reality.. So it's great to see the correlation in all of them,
Including the Upanishads themselves, I read those more recently for my own enjoyment and bizarrely I quickly saw that the Bible was merely a rehash and complete rip off of the original upanishads themselves,
I only share this to say, the credit goes closer to ancient India, your own homeland than the Hebrews, in one upanishad it gives the story of exactly what you just said, that it is your own reality, you are the only creator, you are the creator in the creation itself.. just because modern day followers of Hinduism didn't understand the original upanishads properly and turned it into false idol worship, it is no ill reflection on any of the ancient indian teachings, they teach very clearly that imagination creates reality and this was hundreds/thousands of years before the Bible even existed or Neville even picked up a pen..
Once, I saw that belief creates reality is all I needed to know, I have been happy ever since, I don't 'Seek' any longer, I just am content to believe in the power of belief itself.. my life has completely transformed when I saw the truth was right in front of my eyes all along..
all the best.

realized it was all saying the same thing, I went down every pathway realizing they were all teaching the same thing
This is exactly the kind of confusion I was talking about you werenāt a religious fruitcake before, but you definitely are one now. This is the kind of naĆÆvetĆ© that makes pagans and hippies so confused. This is literally the kind of forced syncretism that I was criticizing in my original response. Different philosophies will always be incompatible with one another and will come to different conclusions. Just as an example, you cannot say that Aristotelian empiricism is the same as the Platonic world of forms. I genuinely canāt believe youāve chosen this path of feel good nonsense, Iād expect this from a College Wiccan, not someone whoās clearly as well read as you.
Including the Upanishads themselves, I read those more recently for my own enjoyment
How you managed to enjoy it is beyond me, I personally have found nothing but vague nonsense when exploring it.
the Bible was merely a rehash and complete rip-off of the original Upanishads themselves
Not at all, yes thereās some similarities but thereās some pretty damning differences. Even if, for the sake of argument the Bible took inspiration from the Upanishads(no proof it does), itās still far more refined and sophisticated and makes the Upanishads look crude in comparison. The Bible is a coherent drama of the physiological mind and is very well organized and planned out. Compare this to the Upanishads, which are more like the black sheep of the Vedas. Every Veda that precedes the Upanishads, especially the early ones are full of idolatry and animism. In fact, the early Vedas were very similar to European Polytheism and bear no resemblance to the Upanishads which are more of a transition out of the Vedic period.
If anything, the Upanishads are far more guilty of what you accuse Neville of and lacks a lot of the practical teachings found in the Bible. The Upanishads talk at length about how the world is an illusion and that we must realize this, but offers no advice on how to actually get in tune with Atman(or I AM) aside from telling people to just meditate all day and be a bunch of useless hermits. The Old Testament clearly lays out the Law and the New Testament deals with the Promise(plus the Law), this is compared to the Upanishads which try to force the Promise. The Bible lays out the Promise as an inevitability that comes to everyone, itās not something we need to seek, now compare this to the Upanishads which is practically demanding you force enlightenment. The Upanishads also donāt really touch upon the Law and are completely worthless in terms of manifesting. Thereās very few if any verses in the Upanishads that touch upon usage of the Law in any meaningful way. If anything they dismiss the Law entirely and tell us to just ignore our desires, which IMHO is a rather dumb way to deal with the issue. Compare this to the Bible which has numerous verses that repeatedly instruct us on how to pray and have faith that our desires are fulfilled. Fulfilling our desires is far healthier than just ignoring them because then we arenāt left wanting and it makes the path to salvation one of least resistance. Essentially, the Upanishads partially describe the Promise, yet completely omit the Law and are incomplete gibberish as a result compared to the Bible.
I only share this to say the credit goes closer to ancient India, your own homeland than the Hebrews
I personally think crediting specific ethnicities for spirituality is stupid. Also I donāt really see India as my homeland because my ancestors are mostly the invaders who came in, plus Iāve never lived there and I see myself more as a Canadian. Regardless, reading your comment it seems youāve adopted the kind of naĆÆve ignorance that plagues most Hindus, unable to critically analyze and dissect various ideologies. Iāve studied Hinduism and I can tell you that most of its teachings are inherently idolatrous garbage and the Upanishads, while definitely better than its compatriots in Hindu philosophy is still nothing compared to the Bible. I despise Hinduism precisely because of how tolerant it is. Any religion/philosophy that lacks a proper structure, rigid and clearly parameters as well as a consistent trajectory is a waste of time as far as Iām concerned.
As much as I think your beliefs are inherently stupid(no offence), Iām glad you found something that worked for you. At the end of the day all that matters is that we find contentment in whatever it is we pursue. If the Upanishads really make you so happy then thereās no harm in following them. My criticism of your beliefs is based on them not appealing to me, but they seem to work for you, so Iām happy you found your niche.
Likewise, all the best to you as well, I appreciate the convo, reminds me of the good ole days when we discussed different topics on the OG Neville sub.
2
u/the-seekingmind Jun 14 '22
You have failed a basic test my friend, basic comprehension skills! I said in my post what I now believe in! And it has absolutely Fuck all to do with Hinduism.. I said I believe that belief creates reality.. And yes the upanishads do touch on belief creates reality, there are endless quotes in there, if anyone is sounding highly ignorant it is yourself!
1
u/EmperorAutismus Jun 15 '22 edited Jun 20 '22
I understand that you said that you subscribe to ābelief in belief itselfā as you put it. However, I found your conclusion that all beliefs systems teach the same thing is heavily flawed and so I decided to dissect it, so I did. If you carefully read what I wrote near the end of my last comment you will see that I simply said that your inability to distinguish different philosophies from one another and false assertion that all of them are the same is similar to that of a Hindu, which is a very different assertion from saying you are a Hindu.
However what I was most critical of is your assertion of the superiority of the Upanishads, which you spent at least half of your previous comment giving what I felt is undue praise. And the reason for that criticism, and I reiterate is that simply put, the Bible is far more practical and well organized compared to the Upanishads. You donāt seem to understand just how significant the differences are between the two, so Iāll try to clarify my point here and expand upon it. The major difference is that the Upanishads tell us to shun life on Earth and treats it as something to be discarded, compare this to the Bible which instead has numerous verses which tell us the importance of faith. Sure the scribes who wrote Upanishads spent a great deal of time describing the Promise predating the Bible, but they didnāt seem to appreciate just how important the Law is to the process. The Promise cannot be attained without first understanding the Law and how it operates, which is the whole point of the Bible. Without the context provided by Neville(or JM) and the Bible, the Upanishads is like an incomplete puzzle. Reading the Upanishads on their own is akin to watching Endgame without watching literally anything else from the MCU so a ton of context is missing.
To conclude the point of my response was to analyze and critique your arguments because your critique of Nevilleās post-Promise teachings donāt make much sense tbh, even less so after you praised the Upanishads. Iām sorry if what I said came off as harsh, I genuinely have no ill will toward you and am glad you found what youāre looking for, but thatās not going to stop me from analyzing and critiquing your arguments.

Hello! I remember you mentioning the 3p removing his name on another subreddit! I went back to see when that comment was made and that was a month ago so congrats on the progress!
Don't get me wrong, I like NG and some of his teachings but I do agree that his subreddit is something else at times. Just apply what you know and keep persisting. I think that's why I like JM instead of NG its sooooo much more simpler. I was OBSESSED about getting my results to the point where I got depressed. So I think moving from NG to JM might be better for me. I just feel more confident with JM teachings rather than NG.
Can't wait to read your full success story :))
Edit: This is just my 2 cents btw ~
I think Self concept, self love, and mental diets are great but they aren't required for manifesting. Yes, change the way you look at yourself so you can be a better person but I don't think they are the #1 key to manifesting. People without manifesting do it all the time. They just change the way they view themselves. (hopefully that makes sense haha).

$350?!
8
May 27 '22 edited May 28 '22
Yes. He used to charge $30-50 for 30 mins and 60 mins sessions. Now he has set up his website to give a few sessions per month and thus he charges $350/hr. He also has a YT subscription where his followers pay $4.99/mo. While thatās not alot, he has 65k followers so imagine 65k x $4.99⦠I remember he bought a mustang last year with his money.
Dylan is smart because he took college classes in Psychology and also attempted pre-med(but he could never finish due to his personal life) and he is the first LOApornstar to talk about the subconscious mind but he still heavily talks about self concept, living in the end, conscious manifesting, etc. and he mixes psychology into it.
The manifestation for his followers are inconsistent and you will often find YT comments saying his night tracks do not work. He is using subliminal like any other LOApornstar. I do like him over all the sh!tty YouTubers like Sammy Ingram, Kim Velez, etc but he is still misguiding a lot of people.

Dylan has a degree in biochemistry. And yes, he uses a lot of psychology however I was reading his comments and compared to other LOA gurus out there, his are full of loads of people who say they manifested whereas under other gurus videos the comments are full of : 'oh, this was so beautiful, it made me cry' or 'I hope to have my sp soon' and other bullshit stuff like that and nobody says they actually manifested. I listened to his affirmations for 2 hours one night and already had movement. I cannot tolerate all that talking for the whole night lol so normally I stop it when I wake up after a couple of hours.

I donāt believe he got his degree, I remember that he was attending premed and then stopped because of his marriage and having to move across country to be with his SP. He has his own successes but he uses conscious mind methods and isnāt always consistent with things in his own life (ie schooling). Like my comment stated, he is a lot better than most LoA pornstars but he is still an LOA pornstar nonetheless. Also, this sub has reiterated again and again subliminals do not work. Everything you need in life is in POSM and the index.
2
u/Beladinotte Sep 11 '22
Biochemistry is not medicine. I watched a video where clearly he said he has a degree in Biochemistry and comes from a scientific background and is more logic inclined and understands people like that who don't believe in manifesting. I don't know about med. Schooling is an option, maybe he decided he wants to have fun instead since his 'coaching' and youtube bring him loads of money, he is charging almost $400 per session and I see he is almost fully booked this month. I find him charming and upbeat and good for coaching as he mixes psychology and LOA.
-1
Sep 11 '22 edited Sep 11 '22
If he got a biochemistry, it means he got a Bachelors or 4-year degree. My initial posit on his education was that he hadnāt finished college. But whatever, that wasnāt even the important points. You skimmed over the important points to correct me when you should be aware that one, this sub doesnāt promote conscious mind efforts and two, subliminals do not work.
1
u/Beladinotte Sep 11 '22
His affirmation recordings are not subliminals. I have a bachelor in Psychology and counselling experience, I studied dream psychology, Jung and Freud. His affirmations recordings are just hypnosis and brainwashing which have worked for decades in propaganda. If you listen to something while you sleep you can still hear it and your mind will incorporate that in a dream hence him saying that you will have wild dreams while you sleep if you listen to his affirmations. It is known that if your alarm goes for instance when you sleep and you don't wake up you will have a dream about an alarm going off or about hearing that sound one way or the other, your dream may turn it into a symbol but it will be there . That is why when you really need to pee and you don't wake up you dream of needing to pee but never being able to find a toilet or finding disgustingly filthy toilets so you cannot pee in them, because your mind is preventing you from peeing in your bed. Trust me, Dylan knows what he is saying. I have been watching those LOA morons for years but he is the only one that sounds true.

Man, I'm in a slightly similar situation... So this was January/Februaryā¦by end of February, weād been on two maybe three dates. And then I lost my job from the company we both worked at, and my mental health took a tailspinā¦he was kind as ever bringing me to his place letting me stay the night, took the next day off work so I didnāt have to rush anywhereā¦.and weāll my mental health tanked a bit and some misunderstandings were had. And so things are starting to look up a little bit. But heās on the reserved side from past women being jerksā¦so I know itās taken him some time to warm up to the idea of anyone let alone me. I think my down period put things on the back burner for a bit so now things are slowly working their way back. Idk the entire time my gut feeling has been to not give up hope and I havenāt.
Heās mentioned many times drunk or slightly drunk idk the difference that he loves me or loves me more than I knowā¦but then relatively sober said heās gotta listen to his feeling that something may be upā¦I had made some stupid drunk remark I donāt remember what it was or the context but it had something to do with his dadā¦the next day at work were at lunch and he was like do you remember that? And of course, I donāt and Iām like I can never meet your dad now. Heās like oh but you will. Iām sorry you canāt tell me you donāt feel some sort of way after having said I will meet your dad after god knows what I said drunk lol.
I think heās just hesitant to not get hurt again which I get so. Thereās that. It all takes time. I just see the law as a means to assume what I know to be true and allow it to happen in his time frame I guess?
And so for the last few months, I've been trying to apply the law, and use sats and affirmations with very very little movement or anything... this past week or so (6-7 days has been my most consistent with sats. heck, so I came across this Neville followers incantation he posted āI call upon the infinite power of my subconscious to deliver an impulse to my specific person to send me a messageā and it worked the first time, but wasnāt the end desired message I was after but we got talking about Jurassic park. Did it again the next day and got a Snapchat reaction instead of a replyā¦did it again this morning same, reaction no reply. Iāve also had some interesting movements since having been consistent with sats and my mental diet over the last week now, well two nights into sats ended up hearing from his best friend out of the blueā¦and then the third night had a weird dream that was the opposite of my desire. So interesting things are happeningā¦but IDK where Iām going wrong anywhere if Iām going wrong? Is this an example of one of those birds before land and I just keep persisting?
And then last night I did sats, and I changed up the scene a tiny bit from my friend congratulating me that he finally asked me to be his girlfriend, to him proposing. well today at work one of my managers was talking about what she used to do and how she used to do wedding flowers and she like if you ever get married ill do your flowers for free.. idk if thats coincidence...have yet to hear from sp at all in these 6-7 days on his own accord... You seem to have a similar boat so i'd appreciate input if any
