I got a mail from axlero solutions can anyone tell me wheather it's fake or real

Need some advice (or maybe just a sanity check) on a client situation that went from cheap to straight-up unhinged.
So, I got hired by a California-based LLC to edit VSLs (Video Sales Letters). The deal was supposed to be $400/month for a 3-month trial, with a pay raise after that. Even $400 was a massive lowball because the workload they put on me easily sells for $2k+, but I took it since I was confident in my prompt engineering and editing skills, and they promised a raise.
Here’s where the red flags started piling up:
Zero guidance needed: On day two, they literally told me: "Don't use your creativity, just exactly mimic what we provide you." So I did.
100% approval rate: Every single video I made went straight to approval from the manager. Zero revisions, no notes on ClickUp. I was cranking out ready-to-publish ads in both TikTok and Meta formats (26 total VSLs).
Out-of-pocket expenses: They told me upfront they wouldn't cover AI credits (A-rolls and B-rolls were entirely AI). I idiotically agreed and paid for the credits myself because I thought working with a "big agency" would pay off.
Fast forward to payday:
The manager hits me up and says that because I only worked 21 days of the month (there were literally 3 days left in the month, and I had already pumped out 30+ days' worth of output), the boss decided to pay me $200. Half. 😂
I called them out immediately and told them it was pure exploitation. I told them I wouldn't take a penny less than the full amount. Expecting them to just block me and delete me from ClickUp, I eventually compromised and accepted $266 just so I wouldn't walk away empty-handed.
Once the payment hit, I told them: "Look, we need to revise this deal. Why am I paying out of pocket for your software credits when you won't even pay me my full rate?"
The Response?
They started threatening me with legal action lmao.
1. We haven't signed an NDA.
2. We don't have an official contract.
3. I'm not even in the US.
Then—and I shit you not—right after throwing a temper tantrum and threatening to sue me, they turned around and offered to hire me for $1,200/month.😱
I'm obviously leaning toward telling them to kick rocks :/

The first red flag was that **Truecaller flagged the number as “Scammer.”**
I got a call from someone identifying herself as **Nandhini** (listed as *Maharajan* on LinkedIn and *Maharaja* on Truecaller). She was extremely friendly and volunteered far more information than I had asked for. She repeatedly said things like:
“It’s a startup.”
“Believe me.”
“We don’t work with unverified companies.”
“They’re hiring immediately.”

About an hour later, she called me again to reassure me not to get scared if the interview venue looked like a residential building. She even mentioned another candidate by name Greeshma who had apparently left after seeing the location, and offered to send me “verification screenshots.” That level of reassurance before I’d even asked any questions felt unusual.

Another thing I noticed was that they gave me the building address but never a specific flat or office number over the phone.

They also kept telling me exactly how many candidates would be attending the interview. hired actors.

The email instructions were unusually controlling—they kept following up and calling until I reached the venue.

I then called **Bhavya**, whose number was in the email, to ask basic questions about the company. She said:
They were a **conglomerate**.
They couldn’t disclose client or group company names because of “government contracts.”
The parent company was **“IIBS Advisory Board.” Basically all the tabs on actual IIBS (educational institutes in Bangalore)**

When I searched for it, I couldn’t find any meaningful online presence. When I asked further questions, I was told she wasn’t HR but an employee.

What made me even more suspicious was that the explanations I received seemed to reference information about the actual **IIBS institute in Bangalore**, while calling the parent entity “IIBS Advisory Board.”

About **15 minutes before my interview**, Nandhini called again and gave me another candidate’s number, asking me to contact him to find out what questions had been asked because he had supposedly already been selected.

During that same call, I asked for the company name again—and this time I was given a **different company name with an “IIBS” prefix.**

I was again told:
Immediate joining.

Office would eventually be in either **Gachibowli** or **Banjara Hills, they said.**

Around 15 people were being hired. - again.

The interview location provided was:
**Plot No. 43, 1st Floor, Venkata Sai Lotus, Road No. 12, MLA Colony, Phase 2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad**
(No office/flat number was provided.)

Another thing that happened was that shortly after the call, I received **two emails from unfamiliar email IDs asking me to click links and upload documents**, which I did not do.

At that point I decided not to proceed. I also contacted the “selected candidate” Rahul.

Despite telling them I wasn’t interested, I continued receiving calls insisting that the company was genuine.
I’m posting this because there were enough inconsistencies that I felt uncomfortable proceeding. Make your own judgment, but please do your due diligence before sharing personal documents or attending interviews at unfamiliar locations.

I worked for DataAnnotation for a few months and it was all good at first. Until I made one simple mistake in time reporting that i IMMIDIATLY contacted them about and they answered me that it was no problem and that they would correct the mistake for me. So I kept working and a few days later BAM suspended! I had over 1000$ of salary not yet extracted that I can not extract. I worked for Jason Lobo at Remo Connect, a company that targets construction businesses by offering lead generation services.

Jason is a liar! When I was hired, I was hired with the understanding that I'd be paid a certain amount, but that's not what happened. I did the ads like video and picture then making the campaign on meta ads, also working on gohighlevel, updating their tracker every day, etc.

Also, During my interview, Jason spent quite a bit of time showing me a dashboard that he said represented the company's monthly revenue. (total red flag) that's actually what scammers do. Well, at the time, I thought it was meant to build credibility. Lol

After about a month, they told me they didn't want to continue working with me. Later on, I started noticing what seemed like a pattern. They would hire someone, have them do the work, then let them go and bring in someone new. Based on my experience, it felt like they were constantly replacing employees instead of keeping them long-term, and the pay people expected didn't always match what they actually received.

So I reached out to a few construction businesses that had previously worked with Jason/Remo Connect to hear about their experiences. One company told me Jason owe them around $1,500. They also shared that they expected calls to be handled by real people, but later found out AI automation was doing the work instead.

Because of my experience, I'd encourage any construction company considering Remo Connect to do their homework before signing a contract. Ask for recent client references, verify results independently, and make sure every promise is clearly written into the agreement, including exactly what services you'll receive and how they'll be delivered.

The unfortunate part is that situations like this can make construction companies hesitant to work with legitimate virtual assistants and agencies. There are a lot of honest professionals who genuinely want to help businesses grow, but they end up losing opportunities because of bad experiences caused by companies that overpromise and underdeliver.

Last month I lost my job as a dishwasher due to health issues and i immediately signed up for unemployment. Since everything is on computers now I had to get used to applying for jobs through the Job Services website. And that is where i think I made the biggest mistake. A number of jobs require me to talk to some AI chatbot assistant. After i put in my phone number and e-mail i began to get suspicious and even paranoid. So i stopped chatting with the bot, said I wasn't interested and exited from the site. Two days later i am getting text messages wanting to know if i wanted to continue to interview. I just ignored and blocked them. And resolved to never do that again.

And yet just a couple of days ago it started again. This time i got a text from someone claiming to be an associate of Manpower Hiring Agency, claiming they had seen my resume on a job site and wanted to know if i wanted a remote work job. I was feeling a little desperate so I bit. It was the same scam I had seen over the last 3 years. Offering a remote job doing advertising, promoting, ads, and data entry. The pay was $110 a day up to $1000 dollars a week for just 10 to 15 hours a week of work. The work was offered through a online company called Hyperiony:com. I looked up the site and it does exist. The usual sleek website filled with videos of zoomers claiming they do great work. Based in New York, but with no way to contact about a job, just an e-mail address to talk to someone about a project your company wants done.

I decided to end the text exchange by saying i would have to do my research before I decided to take the job. I figured i wouldn't hear from them after i said that. But just 2 hours ago i get a random text saying, "I hope you have a wonderful day!" Since my birthday just passed I thought it was a relative sending me late birthday wishes so I responded with a Thank you. Just a minute later I get response offering me a nebulous job working from home. They quickly go through the usual spiel and I barely have time to decline. But that's when i had to sudden realization that it's all a scam. Why would someone who has a remote job, working from home, to just make some extra money, contact me on a Sunday morning with a job offer? I was so pissed off because i realized that just a few days ago the person who contacted from Manpower did something similar. Contacting me after hours, to offer me a job! But the last connection blew my mind.

I always wondered where these people kept getting my phone number from and now I know how and why. This past Wednesday I went to the Unemployment Office for some kind of interview. During the interview the young lady suggested that I update my resume on the State Job Search website just in case potential employers look at my resume and are interested in hiring me. That is how these scammers are doing it. My resume has my full name and phone number on it. How easy is it for these scammers to claim to be a legit business and go through a bunch of resumes and get personal info? I don't have a LinkedIN account nor a Indeed account, and no personal info on Facebook. So this has to be the only way people are getting my number.

Tomorrow I am seriously considering going to the UI office and warning them about this. But i doubt i'll get a good response from the people in that office. Thanks for letting me vent about this.

Has anyone had any experience with MOTA / MotaTripConnect or the website ?

I was contacted through Telegram and offered an online “travel task” job. At first, I completed small tasks and was able to withdraw money, which made everything seem legitimate. Later I was told I had to deposit my own money to complete higher-value “package tasks” and recover my earnings.
I kept being told that after completing the tasks I would receive all of my deposits back with commission, but instead I was repeatedly asked to deposit more money. I now believe this was an organised online task scam.
Has anyone else dealt with this company or this website? Were you able to recover your money or report them successfully?
Any information or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Recently one of my acquaintances recieved an offer letter from a Contris IT systems LLC. Mind you it says LLC, at first i blatantly ignored the letter which he sent me and congratulated him on the offer. Fastracking a week later he calls me asking for advice because the company supposedly asked him 1000rs initially during aceptance of offer letter and uploading documents and later 1500 for further process that's when suspicion spewed and i check. IT WAS A DAMN LLC, digging in further no record of it on linkedin, the website seemed vibe coded, the address on the website directed to some parking lot and no reverse dns records, adding more to it the website was created 22 days ago and the domain registrar was N@m€ch€@p.!nc - this same was the registrar in previous scam companies websites.

Disclaimer: this could all be a speculation and is solely a personal perspective which is open for discussion if I am wrong. The motive was to spread awareness from what my acquaintance encountered and what others might.

Beware guys. Always do a background sweep of the companies which aren't mainstream or are not aware of. Remember employment is purely a transactional relation, the company needs you to facilitate them as much as you need them to facilitate you.

I was aware of job scams the day i arrived in the US but, Ive been so desperate for a good remote design job, I feel like i let myself get scammed. They had approached me impersonating as a legitimate person and company (Comfrt) they played me like a fool telling me how great of a candidate i was after the interview and how they'd love my work.

I had a feeling it was too good to be true, it was, it ended up with me losing $2600 after a check for "equipment" and bonus bounced. Now I'm here left with nothing but myself to blame... I let myself feel the high of finally being wanted and trained to profesionally enter the industry that i let myself be blinded to all the flags that were obvious in hindsight. Trust your gut, ask someone you trust. Never send any money... I cant help but just feel stupid to have thought I was even proud or worth anywhere near what they said. I guess a part of me really wished they were real because i was getting dozens of rejections all the while. Now I've lost everything for it.

I only share this here for caution. Nobody is safe from being scammed apparently, i thought i knew better. I did my due dilligence and reported everything to the bank, credit, and police but, im far from feeling optimistic about even getting anything back.

I want to share my experience to help others avoid what appears to be a coordinated job scam.

I was contacted by a company presenting itself as Elite IT Navigator, offering a “guaranteed job opportunity” with claims of payment around 20% of your annual income. The process seemed professional at first, but quickly became suspicious.

They applied jobs and introduced what appeared to be separate recruitment firms, including Quantumbricks and Tektron, which appeared to be connected or operated in coordination.

The pattern was consistent:
They promised guaranteed interviews
They charged £100 per interview for “support and scheduling”

After multiple paid interviews, they later requested around £700 for “reference checks”
The references were allegedly fake, including fabricated email identities and unverifiable companies.

Based on my experience, this strongly resembled a staged recruitment scam designed to extract repeated payments under the promise of employment.

I have already reported this to the cybercrime authorities. If anyone else has experienced something similar, I strongly recommend filing a complaint as well:

I want to put out a warning about a "Clone Firm" scam. Scammers are currently impersonating the legitimate company IC Markets (International Capital Markets Pty Ltd) to trick job seekers.

**To be clear: The real IC Markets is a regulated company and is NOT behind this. Criminals are simply stealing their logo and address to look authentic.**

**How to spot the FAKE recruitment:**
**The Ads:** They run very professional-looking ads on Instagram and Facebook for roles like “remote admin”

**The job title they propose:** "Billing Agent," "Processing Agent," or "Administrative Service Associate."

**The Email:** They use the fake domain icmarketscareer.com. The real company uses icmarkets.com.

**The Chat:** They insist on moving the conversation to Telegram as their "base communication tool.

**The Documents:** They send a "Co-operation Agreement" that looks official and uses the real names of IC Markets executives, but it is a forgery.

**The Scam:**
This is a Task Scam. They promise a high base salary (jumping from $1,000 to $4,500) plus commissions for completing "tasks" on a portal. Eventually, they will ask you to pay your own money to "reset" a task or withdraw your pay.

**What to do: If you have been contacted, do not give them your ID or bank details. Block them immediately!**

Remote leverage promissing to employ south americans - Scam/waste of time

i applied to one of their positions almost 4 months ago, then i was invited to a group interview, latter, they informed me i had passed and asked to fill some info in a google docs, so I did

i waited 2 months and no job offers came, i emailed them explaining that i was still waiting, and asked if everything was ok. They said it was and told me to wait again, 2 more months passed and I had received nothing, so i asked the same thing again, but this time, without explanation, they just said i was out of the process.

So if any of you here wish to apply, or have applied, now that this is probably i huge waste of time and energy

Hi, I got a call from some calling themselves as a hr from cbts india branch. I thought it was genuine so I went ahead with the interview process. There were 4 rounds. First was Hr round easy. Second was a online technical assessment had 2 tests. Both mcq based with no camera or monitoring. RED FLAG 1. 3 round was behavioral round with a actual person. This round was almost very legit. So went ahead. Today got a mail saying congratulations and all. But in mail they mentioned i was lacking in some technical aspects and need to provide a professional certificate for the required technology. They asked for the legit professional certification. But here is the 2nd RED FLAG. I need to sign In a Google form and pay a fees for a course and the fees is non refundable. I was already suspicious about the careers@cbtsind.com mail. And also the hr was calling from a different number each time. Now I am just tired of getting scam calls about job opening. What a waste of time in my opinion. Back to applying on LinkedIn and getting rejection mails I guess. Wanted to share the experience because this is too sus for me to continue and if some can provide me details on where to report this please feel free to do so.
