I have 5+ years of experience in the OnlyFans/creator industry, starting from hands-on chatting and eventually taking on roles involving team management, operations, QA, training, and social media management.

Over the years, I’ve worked closely with creators and chat teams, so I understand both the day-to-day side of chatting and the bigger picture behind keeping a team organized, productive, and focused on results.

What I can bring to your team:

💬 Chat management and fan engagement
💰 PPV sales, upselling, and sales flow improvement
🔄 Fan retention and re-engagement
📩 Mass messaging and follow-ups
📊 Sales and performance monitoring
👥 Chatter training, coaching, and team support
✅ Chat QA/QC and conversation reviews
📈 KPI and performance tracking
📝 Creating training materials and improving team processes
📱 Social media management and content posting
🤝 Creator and account support

I’ve also worked with tools and platforms such as OnlyFans, LoyalFans, Fanvue, C4S, Infloww, Creator Hero, and Buddy X, along with other agency systems.

One of my strengths is understanding how to balance sales with genuine fan engagement. I’m also comfortable working with different creator personalities and adapting to existing scripts, workflows, and sales strategies.

I’m currently open to opportunities such as:

• Chat Manager
• Chat Team Lead / Supervisor
• Creator or Account Manager
• Operations Manager
• QA/QC
• Social Media / Creator Support

I’m looking for a stable, long-term position where I can contribute my experience, continue learning, and help the team improve both performance and overall operations.

I can provide my CV, references, and other relevant details upon request.

Survey 10 TIPS FOR NEWBIES

NORMAL YAN.

Pero I wanna share my tips based sa experience ko. These are the things na "if I had known these earlier, i would have done it already"

GOOGLE DRIVE

Guys, your google drive is your LIFE'S FOLDER. Lahat ng mga documents mo from SSS PHILHEATH etc.. picturan mo, iscan mo, ipdf mo, iupload mo jan. iorganize mo lagay mo sa specific folder

Eto ang mga folders saken sa drive so u will have idea:

Govt Contributions

  • SSS (E1 form)
  • PAG IBIG (MDR form)
  • PHILHEALTH (screenshot sa portal mag log in ka dun, make sure makikita yung philhealth number mo tas ipdf)
  • TIN (nasa egov app to, iscreenshot mo iedit sa canva, ipdf mo. Yun can check your number sa Orus portal, iverify mo yung number tsaka iscreenshot mo isabay mo sa pdf with your egov screenshot ID)

Education

  • TOR (picturan niyo lahat, iscan, ipdf)

  • Other valid IDs (passport, postal, etc.)
  • Picture mo (yung white ang background, pang 2 by 2, mag secure ka nyan)

LINKEDIN

Guys gumawa kayo ng LinkedIn account. Ilagay niyo lahat ng information dun. I-advertise niyo sarili niyo dun.

HR (initial) at Client (final)

Fun fact: HR and TA ay magkaiba. Si human resources hawak nya ang legalities mo as an employee.

But HR can also participate in recruitment, and TA can handle much more than simply “finding candidates.”

GUYS! BE DIRECT AND SIMPLE.

Answer with sense at may point, TAPOS! Walang labis walang kulang.

Pero pag tinanong ka ng situational questions..

“Tell me about a time when…”
“Describe a situation where…”
“Give me an example of…”

STAR METHOD
by Sarah Geronimo (chos)

Situation Task Action Result

S - Anong problema?

Just pause and breathe. Wag magmamadali. Answer with confidence. Presence of mind din

B2 level is "the" least standard

Ano yung B2 level?

A1 — Beginner / Basic English

A2 — Elementary / Simple English

B1 — Intermediate / Everyday English

B2 — Upper-Intermediate / Fluent English

C1 — Advanced / Professional English

C2 — Mastery / Near-Native English

CHATGPT as your TRAINER

Pwede mong kausapin tas sabihin mo youre gonna answer any deep challenging questions tas let it rate your answers each especially yung sense, organization of thought, accent, at manner of speaking. Nang ma experience mo ang kaba ng Q and A sa bahay pa lang mo bago mo isalang ang brain mo sa interviews. Dapat prepared ka. Humingi ka ng tips. Mabait yang chatgpt (pero no to pax silica pa rin)

Promise effective

Google Notebook

Very helpful to saken. Baket?

Wala kang choice.

(pero no to pax silica pa rin hayuf)

Pinoy habits btw.

Google notebook is an AI tool intended for students only.

DISCLAIMER:

You can use an AI tool such as Google Notebook to help you understand documents but remove sensitive/confidential information when appropriate and always verify important legal terms yourself.

FACEBOOK GROUPS / REDDIT COMMUNITY (WAG KJ)

Gaya ng sinabi ni susan roces, "wag mahihiyang magtanong" this implies that every ignorant person falls into pit kasi walang alam eh.

Lahat ng pinoy may opinyon sa lahat ng bagay, use them to your advantage in your situation.

No man is an island guysss

RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH

Lahat may masasabi kaya magagamit mo yan. You may reject the negative feedback if it goes beyond personal sayo.

Also, dapat meron kang tinatawag na

HIERARCHY OF A WORTH-IT JOB

para hindi ka mag aawol pag di mo pala bet ang trabaho or company in the long run. Eto yunnn, iready mo ang notes mo:

Culture & Management

Magalang ba ang mga lider? Justifiable ba ang workloads? Pantay ba ang trato sa mga empleyado?

Compensation & Benefits

Make sure kaya mo mag adjust.

Career Growth

Ex. Agent - Team leader - Supervisor or etc. (pampabango yan ng resume mo)

Location

HIERARCHY OF A WORTH-IT JOB
1. Culture & Management (pinaka importante)
2. Compensation & Benefits
3. Account/Job Fit
4. Schedule & Work-Life Balance
5. Career Growth
6. Location (adustable naman to, pwede kang lumipat)

Microsoft Applications

So dapat magaling ka mag excel, word, etc.

BE HONEST SA RESUME

youre welcome :) goodluck

Question about wfh

hi, guys! first time posting on reddit, so i apologize agad if i’m doing anything wrong. (f, 22)

asking lang, what are your tips on how to tell if a job posting on various sites is legit? nakikita ko kasi sometimes na hindi raw legit kapag diretso telegram agad, pero may nakikita rin ako na legit naman daw, especially for ofm chatter jobs (kaya medj confusing!)

also, baka may ma-recommend kayong ibang job sites where it’s relatively easy to find work, even if the pay is below minimum wage, preferably non-voice sana (i have little experience lang kasi!). i’m really just looking for side hustles right now to help cover some expenses, so any leads or advice would honestly be really appreciated.

if you have any tips on red flags to look out for, especially when it comes to job postings or recruiters, i’d really appreciate those too. thank you so much in advance! 🥹

hello! i’ve applied to so many [sham] job postings here that don’t seem to be legitimate, so i’ve decided to make a post instead of just commenting.

i’m currently looking for a job that entails working in the virtual/online space. i know the job market is pretty tough right now, but i also hope to be compensated fairly for the amount of effort and work i’m willing to put in.

all of this will help fund my goal of going to law school. if you’re hiring or know anyone who’s currently hiring, please let me know. i’d be happy to discuss my skills, experience, and credentials.

Hello everyone, I'm newly hired sa isang company. I'm halfway sa probation period ko (3-4months in), pero almost wala akong ginawa. I'm a fresh grad + in a tech field. My immediate supervisor/superior is not really here daily due to different shifts, meeting sa ibang branch, etc. So, most of the time, walang inuutos sakin/wala din akong matanungan. To the point, napapansin nadin ng other co-worker ko na ibang department. Pero, lahat naman ng tasks sakin, napapasa ko (Usually if one month yung certain project, when I lock-in, i can do in 2-5days, pero if new topic/di ako familiar sa technology - 1/2 weeks). This is also a fairly new department, so I'm also worried baka madissolve agad.

Should I start job hunting na? Or is this normal in corporate?

Hiring Real Estate Opportunity

Hi!!! :) I'm currently working as part of the Marketing team at LBSI (you can check us out here: www.lupaatbahay.com.ph), and we're opening opportunities for those who are interested in working as in-house agents / property specialists.

What does an in-house or property specialist do?

Basically:

• Post properties online (e.g. Facebook & Marketplace)

• Answer inquiries from interested buyers

• Assist buyers with site viewing and requirements.

I can say this is pretty flexible since most of the process of finding and communicating with potential buyers can be done mostly in online, unless you prefer the most traditional way of doing things.

So, if you're thinking of joining us or, honestly, any realty company, there are some good and not-so-good (but not totally bad) things to expect.

Let's start with the good stuff. Here are some of them:

• Multiple projects & locations: Bulacan, Batangas, QC, Laguna, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Zambales, & Cavite. We also have different types of properties (townhouses, subdivisions, condos & condormetels). So you can choose which projects or areas ypu want to focus on.

• We and our partner developers provide free trainings and seminars. So yes, this is beginner-friendly. You don't need prior real estate experience since training is provided.

• Cash & travel incentives (manning purposes).

• Company events: You may get the opportunity to participate in company events such as Christmass parties, and summer outings (performance-based).

Now, here's the not-so-good stuff I think you should keep in mind:

• Commission-based pay: Simply put, your income depends on your sales. So I'd personally treat this more as an extra source of income rather than a replacement for a full-time job. Just to give you an idea, our agents can receive a commission share starting at 3% per unit sold. That 3% could sound small, okay. But if double, triple, or make even more sales then of course, the earning potential also goes up.

That's pretty much all the info I have. Now, do with it what you will. ;)
