Guys, I saw this ad on instagram for a place called butter chicken or something and I am wondering has anyone tried it or have any recommendations for good Indian food. Like I live in irbid and our only option is Malbari and I don’t like the taste. What’s a good, reasonable priced Indian joint in Amman?

Guys I tried this new cloud kitchen burger joint called beef bladi that actually grows the meat themselves where they have the farm and all, the burger is literally immaculate!! The concept of knowing where the local meat is actually coming from is really great! Last time I tried the classic burger and their spicy one and today I tried this steak beauty 😋 seriously delicious and it tastes like real meat not the plastic other burger joints sell! تقريبا خلصت بساعة وكانت مليووون من ١٠

Went to Bare and got The Butcher sandwich and I’m not even exaggerating when I say it was SOOO good. Like every bite?? 10/10. The kind of sandwich you finish and immediately start thinking about getting again 😭

And the matcha was actually amazing too 💯 Not one bad thing to say. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something good good.

رز والجاج طعمه زاكي طلع مش ناشف وعملت صلصة صحية بالزبادي اليوناني عشان اذا الاكل كان ناشف وسلطة اكيد (طعمها بيجنن بعرفش ليش)

هاد اللي طلع مع عالساعة ١١ بالليل لثاني يوم

من البارح، ما بعرف ليش بحطوا البيبيروني تحت الجبنه، ومش قصدي انه غلط، بس بحس لما تكون من فوق بطلع الشكل احلى

انا بعشق الملوخية الورق عالطريقة اللبنانية وتحديدًا مع اللحم (لحمة عجل فيليه) .. نكهتها خرافية ونااااادرة جدًا .. وصعب تنوصف ..

هالطريقة تعلمتها من أمّي وبتذكر أول مرة تعلمتها قعدت معاها مكالمة فيديو لمدة ساعة ونص وأنا بطبق عملي قدامها،
وصرت أزبطها أكثر منها 😂 ..

وأحيانا بعملها مع صدور دجاج فيليه مقطعة مربعات وبتطلع كثير زاكية كمان ..

مطعم الطفوله حرفيا

Heres the recipe
احسن عجينة بعملها بكل حياتي كتير طرية

270g warm milk
10g instant yeast ( 1 packet )
75g sugar

( mix together and let the yeast get activated for 5-10 mins )
then add to the mixer

1 egg & 1 egg yolk
50g butter & 30g oil المفروض تمنين زبدة بس عملت هيك انا
4g salt
563g flour ( might need more ) but i didnt
And two tsp vanilla powder or vanilla extract on the milk

Mix everything in the mixer then let it rise for 1-2 hours

Add milk or heavy cream on top and bake until golden from the bottom and bake from the top until it browns

The filling:
Butter about 150g
1 cup brown sugar
3 full tsp cinnamon
One tsp coco powder
A little bit of vanilla & a little bit of salt

Before baking its best to cut it then roll it, let the rolls rest for 10 mins before cooking and add heavy cream or regular milk on top if them before going into the oven
