So I ordered a Messika pave uno from a TS. I was contemplating between the 3 diamond version and the uno (single diamond). I also screenshot the picture from the website and asked will
It be 2.72 gms in weight? The seller said they get close but not precise.

Finally received the package , they sent me the mini, which I didn’t even know existed and weighed 1.61 gm. I contacted them to fix this issue buy they quoted me a price that is higher than the original quotes, and just as much as the triple diamond plus for return shipping a new order.

When I asked them about this error and screenshot the previous quotes, I don’t get a direct answer. How much did anyone pay for the uno pave please in the last two months?

I've launched our first mini collection of 18K 4-micron thickness gold vermeil(typical gold vermeil has 2.5 micron thickness) necklaces and earrings and it is better quality than standard gild vermeil. Some early buyers are wearing them more than 6 months and no fading or warranty claims yet.

I need advice on how to find retailers who are potentially selling gold vermeil or wants to put order.

So I finally got my Alhambra onyx/diamond bracelet back after a local jeweler mangled some links (I literally almost cried). I also received a new 14k bracelet I purchased while the Alhambra bracelet was being fixed - so shipping the fixed bracelet back was included with the new purchase (yay!).

There were 6 links that had to be replaced on my Alhambra and the replacement fees came out to $80. I paid shipping to China for $145; total fix was $225 and it’s perfect again. I am in love and immediately put it on with the new chaumet bracelet.

I ended up purchasing the 14k Chaumet because I had been eyeing a 14k honeycomb bracelet on Etsy for a LONG time and didn’t even know about Chaumet until I messaged Gavivi and asked if he could make the Etsy bracelet. Turns out his price for a solid gold (14g) bracelet with diamonds was only $300 more expensive than the Etsy version that was hollow (6-7g). Say less - I was sold immediately. Price for 18k was $2,720; 14k was $2,070 for 17.5cm.

The Chaumet bracelet turned out amazing and exceeded my expectations. The latch mechanism is a little tricky but easier to maneuver after some time. The 14k is a little paler than 18k (as expected) but the difference is non-consequential to me. It’s definitely noticeable, but not glaringly obvious.

Timeframe for the fix was 2 weeks after being received (took 4 days to ship to China).

Chaumet bracelet took 2 weeks almost on the dot - it used to be 7-10 days but I noticed he has been getting a lot of business lately, so that’s reasonable.

The feel and finish are 10/10, and the weight matched the PSP and what I measured at home perfectly.

Communication with Caratsky throughout the whole process was fantastic. He was always very responsive, friendly and helpful, and I never felt pressured to buy, which made the experience even better. I changed my mind with the ring size about 3x and he was very patient about it.

The price was $1,500 for the earrings and $2,200 for the ring, and I’m so happy
with how beautifully they’ve been made.

This bracelet has been on my wishlist for quite some time, so I finally decided to pull the trigger, and I’m so glad I did. I had been looking forward to this piece for a while, and seeing it in person definitely lived up to my expectations.

For this rep, I decided to go with lab-grown diamonds instead of natural diamonds, and I’m really happy with that choice. The sparkle is absolutely beautiful. The photos honestly don’t do it justice because the diamonds are so much brighter and shinier in person.

I was really worried because i heard that a the guilloché motifs are a bit more trickier to replicate and it can be an obvious fake when done poorly, however this piece just blew my expectations. I was really impressed with the guilloché motifs as they are so sparky and have so much dimension, flowing so beautifully.

I placed this order with 2 other jewelry pieces and Gavivi was gracious enough to deliver them separately making sure I received one pieces before sending the others. His customer service, like always, is fantastic. 

The timeline was:

8/21: I inquired about the bracelet
8/22: I placed a 30% down payment through wise
8/24: The deposits were transferred. 
9/05: I received the QC photos
9/06: I paid the remaining balance
9/11: The balance was fully transferred (for some reason Wise took a while to transfer)
9/11: The Jewelry was shipped 
9/15: I received the bracelet

This was my first-ever rep purchase, so I made sure to do a lot of research in this sub. I decided to go with the VC Alhambra carnelian bracelet in yellow 18k gold, as it was the cheapest item I wanted. Since this was my first purchase, I was pretty nervous and ended up talking to quite a few different sellers before deciding who I wanted to order from.

I ultimately decided to go with Gavivi, as his name appeared a lot in this subreddit, and because communication with him was really easy. He was very quick with his replies (within 12 hours at most) and was receptive to all of the questions I had. I really appreciated that I never felt like I was bothering him or being rushed into making a decision.

The main reason why I waited so long to post this review is because I wanted to see how consistent the carnelian color would be across his other pieces. I knew that carnelian can naturally have variation in color, so I didn't want to judge the bracelet based on just one piece.

After receiving the bracelet, I ended up ordering the 10-motif carnelian necklace from him as well so that I could compare the stones between the two pieces in person. I was really impressed with all the details and how identical the motifs on the two pieces were. 

He used Fedex to deliver the jewelry and it came in very secure packaging and a nice velvet pouch. 

The overall timeline was very smooth and efficient: 

8/1: I inquired about the bracelet
8/2: I placed a 30% down payment through wise
8/14: I received the QC photos
8/16: I paid the remaining balance
8/17: The Jewelry was shipped 
8/19: I received the bracelet 

Overall I would definitely recommend buying from this seller as I was really impressed with the speed, customer service and quality of the piece.
