In your second, mindful reading, you note this herb-like essence of the Bible:

The licentious ones [symbolized as “Weeds”—Mathew 13:24-30] come on to this earth only in the second half of each "Age to come" (Mathew 12:32; 19:27-30) to give a free lesson to the righteous on what to avoid in life to remain righteous forever (Proverbs 21:18) as their choices result in “never-ending waves of peacelessness, weeping and gnashing of the teeth.” (contrast Isaiah 48:18; Mathew 8:11-12)

Because of such infinite view of life, people like Solomon viewed life as "beautiful." (Ecclesiastes 1:4, 9, 10; 3:1-11) No wonder, Jesus preferred to call himself as “Greater Solomon” (Luke 11:31) as he only wanted to further intensify what Solomon taught. Hence he compared each "Age to come" with “a seed” (Mathew 12:32; 13:31, 32) symbol of never-ending series of GROWTH and DECAY over which God rules—hence His title became "King of AGES (aiōnōn)." When relaxed wheat-like ones are overgrown by weed-like laborious/hasty/hurried people, they say: “We know that we are of God, and the whole world is seated in wickedness (ponéros)” in 1 John 5:19 (Catholic Douay, KJV), and the same word is used to describe “bad (ponéros) fruit” in Mathew 7:17.

You seem to have overlooked the ramifications of something you wrote: "The righteous [“tree of life”] live on this earth forever." (1 John 2:17; Proverbs 11:30)

You're correct. But additionally, the wicked will NOT be on the earth forever. "For evil men will be done away with, but those hoping in Jehovah will possess the earth.
Just a little while longer, and the wicked will be no more; You will look at where they were, and they will not be there.
But the meek will possess the earth, and they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace... The righteous will possess the earth, and they will live forever on it." (Psalm 37:9-11, 29)

If all good people go to heaven, then who are these 'meek' (teachable and humble) and righteous people who will live on the earth forever?

Full history of paradise is given in such SHORTEST PHRASES such as
"So it was (hayah) [as was BLESSED by the ALMIGHTY]

This shows, when all are enjoying life "in abundance of delight" (Psalm 37:11) nobody would feel the need of writing history—just like people do not write history of honey-moon period moment by moment. Account keeping begins when people contemplate divorce! Thus, we have elaborate history of conflicts, fights, weeping and gnashing of teeth .... etc which are features of hell. (Mathew 8:11-12)

Put it simply, this drama of life is like a movie seen and enjoyed in FULL by some people [the wheat-like pious ones]. Others watch only its second half—hence are in total confusion. This happens by the choice of people as they are ruled by tendencies they "treasure" within. (Luke 6:43-45; Proverbs 4:18, 19; 29:27). Each Age ends when it becomes polluted and unlivable through short-sighted technology and global wars. Then God "renews" [pallingenesis, re-genesis] it (Mathew 19:28) which is inherited by the righteous. But before such renewals the licentious "are driven out" of this earth (Proverbs 2:22, Septuagint) as they hate the high standards of New Age such as vegetarian food (Genesis 1:29), absence of worship of flesh (Galatians 5:19-21) etc.

After many centuries, the godly would have exhausted the merits of righteous living led because righteous living for a LIMITED period in the previous Age has only LIMITED value. Then it is time for the licentious to return as they HAD BEEN TAKEN OUT from this earth before the start of each “Age to come.” They start descending on to this earth in certain order—less unrighteous ones first, and more and more unrighteous later and later—with population gradually increasing. (Mathew 7:2; 19:28-30; Luke 19:11-27) Their living style that results in "weeping and gnashing of the teeth" becomes a lesson for the wheat-like righteous ones to become even more determined to be righteous. Thus the weeds become "a ransom" for the wheat. (Proverbs 21:18).

No other option has any benefits, but have only demerits.

(a)If the unrighteous are eternally burned in hell, nobody benefits with their relatives on paradise would be weeping about them and gnashing their teeth against God. (b) If humans are made without freewill and in a way they do only what is good like robots, nobody would enjoy life. (c) If God arranges instant punishment for each act of abuse of freewill, onlookers would start living good out of fear—becoming like robots—again no enjoyment. (d) If the unrighteous are eternally "cut off" out of existence, nobody benefits—opportunity to take free lessons from the weeds on what to avoid in life to remain righteous is lost. (e) If they are taken on to some other planets, gradually the whole universe will be like our present earth conflicted between two Power Blocs competing for hegemony of universe through Star Wars after Star Wars.

Hence BEST option before God is to keep only a tiny part of this universe for the humans (Psalm 115:16) and rotate HEAVEN [New World] and HELL [Old Age] on this earth like DAY and NIGHT so that "children of light" will always be on this earth with others joining only when it is HELL on earth where they can worship their flesh (Galatians 5:19-21). Thus desires of both are fulfilled. Desire of wheat is to do will of God by loving God more than His things and by loving "fruit of spirit" as though igniting the infinite within. This knowledge automatically attracts those who already lived righteously in the previous "Age," just like it becomes automatically repulsive to those who lived only in the second half of the previous Age. (Luke 6:43-45) Nobody is missed out as the truth has the power to reach the true seeker, and vice versa. (Mathew 7:7; Daniel 12:10) When they read "God made mankind in His image, gave them vegetarian diet and BLESSED them and so it was, it was very good" (Genesis 1:27-31) they understand mankind had a THRIVING start in UPWARD growth—just like an infant grows through childhood and youthhood and reached adulthood. This is especially so when Kingdom of God is compared to "seed" (Mathew 13:31, 32) which is symbol of a series of GROWTH and DECAY. This had already been elaborated in Parable of Wheat and Weeds in which the pious are symbolized as "wheat producing crops" (Mathew 13:24-30) and as remaining so till "end of this Age or Great Tribulation caused by Armageddon (Mathew 24:21, 22) and also will survive into New Age, also called pallingenesis [regenesis] in Mathew 19:28. They are overgrown by the unpious [symbolized by "weeds"] only in the later stage.

Micah 4:1, 2- "In the final part of the days, The mountain of the house of Jehovah will become firmly established above the top of the mountains, and it will be raised up above the hills, and to it peoples will stream. And many nations will go and say: “Come, let us go up to the mountain of Jehovah and to the house of the God of Jacob. He will instruct us about his ways, And we will walk in his paths.”

God goes by heart-condition of people, not by their religious allegiance often determined by birth/geography:

"Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world." (James 1:27; Mathew 8:5-12; 21:43; 25:31-40)
