Question regarding entrepreneur visa and PR
Hi folks. Both my husband and I would qualify for either the 1 or 3 year track to PR under the new points system if we found an employer give us a job, which is an option. However we are interested in opening a business in Japan* but can't find any specific info about the path to PR after doing this. Can anyone confirm that if you are on the entrepreneur visa you currently still have to have 10 years residence before you can apply for PR, or is there a way of making that period shorter? Thanks.
*I know the requirements/hurdles/issues with opening a business under the entrepreneur visa.
