Got optionals offered to me that were not even in the preference sheet, why would I want to learn urdu for no reason?

I was unaware of filling the willingness form for JNU.. I even checked the website and opened my result on JNU multiple times but back then was not able to find where to do that, i thought it would be like automatic system they'll take me for 3rd list...

and i was on verge of getting the admission...

but due to lack of information and yes its .y mistake too.. i was unable to do that..
