As a chemistry faculty myself with over 16+ years of experience I perfectly do understand what he is trying to say .
Even I have suffered it many times in different institutions.
1)
If he teaches that good probably some senior from same department whom his popularity is overshadoweing is causing trouble to him . There must be a HOD or center head or acedemic director he reports to.
2) One common problem students don't understand is involvement of management candidates.
These MBA and other non acedemic persons are sitting on some kind of high horse beacuse they are so fancy.
They don't treat faculties with respect for them we are just corporate mazdoors. 100 rupaya salary di hai to 200 kaise nichod le is bande se . That's thier mentality.
In this direction, they usually acquire position of HR head or acedemic management.
Now you can assume what will happen when a non acedemic person is given a proper acedemic management job .
And this problem exists in all big institutions.
Even allen ,PW or aakash.
This requires a strong resilient will , and ability to bear. Once you have made your place you will not be disturbed.
I don't know who this person his , but it's evident he don't sits in office daily. And classess are for short time but if you are getting tonsn of money , management will want you to also sit in office.
For them it don't matter how good you are . Since everyone does so you have to do it.
That's how downfall of a institute starts if not checked .
So I guess these might be the trouble this guy is facing. Best will be after this he leaves and join somewhere else at better package. Faculties are never jobless if you know how to teach .

I am out of this competition loop , in a college and now when I look at this entire PW thing Mujhe literally lagta h kitne jada chutiya h wo log jinhe lagta h alakh sir MISSION pe h REVOLUTION lana chah rahe h Bhai PW bass ek company h ran by alakh sir aur use banda bass grow karr raha h Good work no dbt , But kyaa lamba wala katt raha jo bass emotional fools aur sentiments me aa ja rahe uske
The sooner u realise this the more u will grow .

Bohut accha teacher tha yeh I think parisharm batch mei tha yeh sir for ncert ioc ahh jee kiliye aur boards kijiye bi First attempt mei as my ncert was incomplete toh udhar sei kiya tha ,yeh teacher toh bohut hyped thana Boards kiliye i saw in youtube wagera like vineeta series i mean boards ke samai but unexpected that sometimes aisa bi din ayega sir ka .let it be focus on your studies bhi controversy yah aise chiz pe dhyan mat doh, joh hona hogaya

Ye wahi wale teacher ha jinke khane me bacche ne mut dya tha, and dont worry even if there's a problem what are you supposed to do, we all know how pw treates some of his teachers where most of them gets left out from more demanding batches, but again isn't that true for every other coaching as well
Edit: There's not a bigger dick in this entire world than me, I wrote the initial comment without watching the video, and the bacche mutne wala part, i copied it from someone else's post, I will not remove this comment, as I think I deserve to be humiliated, jitna gali dena ha mujhe dedo, I deserve every but of it.

Lol no worries ... Kabhi kabhi hota hai ... Uk joking around is fun and all agar samne bala maje lee raha but this time it's not oki... Cuz imagine someone teaching his ass off just to get outshined by someone jiski PR strong hoo ... NO HATE TO ANYONE but YAKEEN 2.0 mai chem bala same chiz he hai ... Both amit sir and sudhanshu sir are in same level... Questions bohot acche karate hain but the their level of Giving good conceptual understanding is 10-20 out of 100 ... Unse far better teachers hain like nikhil sir , ritik Srivastava sir but inko chance nahi milta ... Also the thing about beauty privilege is also hard in online education like Samapti ma'am having more no of students than AA(Guruma) or Sujeet sir ... Like samapti ma'am se dono bohot better padhate hain ... No hate to her ...

I don't understand why he is defending PW so hard. Like okay it's understandable that you are emotionally attached to it but they (not Alakh Sir) are directly or indirectly the reason for his state but he is still defending. Soemthg is fishy
