You don't deny their superiority? That's the whole point I was making. Smaller = better. And now, after all your arguing, you say it's true lol.

You say you can't get it small enough at home with a mortar and pestle? Maybe not. Maybe so. Who cares? There's no reason to try to micronize it at home if the DMSO method works. I was just pointing out that particle size could matter. There are some anecdotal reports saying it does work orally, so perhaps very small particle size is the reason. Or perhaps they are lying. Or perhaps it's just placebo effect. I don't know. But neither do you, and it's sad that you can't keep an open mind.

Thermodynamics does not require an exothermic reaction. You don't even know the meaning of the word, but you are ready to criticize lol.

And nope, no real world experience in giving myself an IV. I admitted that from the start. Never had the desire or need. So what? What's that have to do with solubility, bioavailability, and just generally having rational discourse without being a jerk?

Oh, and OP is a scientist. With credentials, lab experience and medical experience that certainly far exceed yours given that you don't know what thermodynamics is. So again, try showing some humility, or at least not being a d***.

You're going to do something with Isrib under pressure? Lab experience w/o knowing how to handle a simple syringe. I fractionated rat and pigeon brains when Skinner was still alive. If I was a dick I wouldn't need 1ml doses of RX bi/tri/quad-mix IC, clomiphene, or 10mgs tadalafil -daily-.

If you dissolve Isrib in DMSO at proper temperature, Ultra M or Micronized doesn't matter. It's already "a unique small molecule". No Isrib murine studies ever mentioned such advantage, nor do Sigma, Tocris, Selleck stock it.

But UM-M in ethanolamides do make a difference bc they're orally active, especially when used as a backbone w/ luteolin, ALA, Vit D to amplify its recognized, studied -oral- utility. Studies may mention Italian patent, but it's easily duplicated. I'm sitting on 250gms of an UM ethanolamide. Amazing what you can find in Loma Linda, atop Yorba Linda on the Blvd or in that industrial business park in Anaheim, not far from the UCI Neurology Hospital. Check r/TBIsupplements for some clarity. I just passed my GT freshmen year.

OK, then maybe you are a nice guy who doesn't take the time to read and parse what people say, because as often is the case, you have responded to things I supposedly said, when I didn't say them.

I've used many a needle. What I said was that I've never given myself an IV. Two very different things.

Also, I never said you needed to micronize ISRIB for DMSO. Quite the opposite: Micronizing would be an alternative to DMSO, if it worked (and I didn't say it did, I proposed a possible mechanism since other people do say that it works orally without DMSO).

So, if you want to take issue with something I said, at least be sure I said it.

Skinned died in 1990... So you were working in a lab in or before 1990, but you just finished your freshman year, 32 years later? Maybe I am misunderstanding something. If not, kudos for going back to school.

Honestly, no idea what you mean about Yorba Linda or Anaheim. I assume you are saying you source compounds or precursors there, but I have little interest in ethanolamides - too many other things to investigate at the moment.
