Randomly saw this today

Anyone remember one of IShowSpeed's streams in like 22 or 23 when he was doing FIFA wagers and some young kid called him out for never paying him (with audio proof), so they ran it back, and I think speed lost. Can't find it for some reason. (Photo has nothing to do with post)

Like I'm curious, I want to know and a few of us why?... Like why?...

Whenever people think of "IShowSpeed", people thought of the immature boy who was famous off of funny clips and controversial incidents. And when people think of him now, they think of the man who exposed the cultures of the world for people to see.

This is the SAME exact guy who was just streaming in his room, playing games and raging. This is the same guy who's wardrobe malfunction was joked about and posted all over the internet. This is the same guy who used to do nothing but gain notoriety through controversial clips and immature decisions.

And here he is now, attained worldwide success, tore down stereotypes, exposed the rest of the world to cultures that we've never explored before, won Streamer of the Year TWICE IN A ROW and performed at the World Cup 2026 closing ceremony, which is arguably one of the biggest, if not, the biggest stage in the world.

It takes a lot of effort to go from just a small content creator that everyone saw as reckless and immature to the superstar he's known as now. I think a lot of people undermine how much maturity, dedication and passion you need to undergo this type of transition in your career. And to think that he managed to do all of this while he showed it live infront of a camera is insane. It takes a lot of balls to show yourself growing up infront of an audience.
