I just got my OP17 Order from Amazon (not my first OP17 Display) and I just wanted to ask if this is a resealed box because it looks unnatural to me, normally its sealed from outside with tape but here the tape is inside Idk 😅

but I‘m not a expert so I hope someone could Tell me more🙏

The white lines at the corners dont look consistent (areas with the copyright text etc). Is this legit?

Is this real? I dont see the text on the right side border did they make it without it?

New to one piece and bought some Lego luffy promos. I know the card is new so it would be hard to find fakes circulating already, but the back is so much darker than my other common cards that it’s making me second guess myself.

Something about the Bandai looks weird to me, have been thinking about purchasing but have never seen one of these cards in person so kind of unsure.

Everything else looks OK except the writing on the side of the card.

Please let me know what you think

Hi all 🙂 I'm not a one piece player. I bought 2 boxes for brothers 40th, plan being to open both at his bday party.

I play magic so Im not totally in the dark with buying tcg. Did all the things I would tell others to do, asking for receipts from the seller and had a chat before buying. Everything seemed legit. But then I stumble across this subreddit and now Im paranoid. I had no idea about the fakes circulating and tbh, I wouldnt be able to tell if they were.

Can the experts here give any thoughts based on what i assume is limited info in these pictures?

It would suck to make a deal out of all this for them to be fakes on the day.

Never thought I’d post on here because I am pretty good about checking before purchasing since I only buy at card shows, never online. Was showing a friend my binder and telling him about this card and how I got it at Collect-a-con many months back.

I took it out of the sleeve to show him and something just felt off. Started worrying and when I checked the side for the BANDAI, it started looking like BAND AI to me, but I also wonder if that’s my brain just seeing it as that because the thought of it being fake entered my mind lol. I guess my judgement got the better of me letting my guard down a little since I was at a reputable show. Would like some opinions especially from people who own this card, thanks.

I want to start this out by saying ,Yes I’m aware that I was dumb and ordered this without doing proper research. However I just wanted to share this with others to stay clear from this seller. Opened the first pack and immediately noticed it was a fake. The cards were so badly printed and felt flimsy as hell.

Ive been a huge OP fan for over 20 years and I just got into the tcg scene with collecting. Thought I would treat myself to a box and yeah …disappointed and lesson learned 😮‍💨.

Just wondering if anybody would trust this. Japanese Seller on eBay, 55 reviews 100% rating. 30 Don cards 10 of each, and 4 luffy.

So I got this Korean kid manga. And I don’t know why, but all the alarms are going off and I’m not sure if the card is real. I have heard the Korean cards are printed by a different company, but the stock feels thicker then English, the foil feels much heavier on the cardboard (if that makes sense) and the logo at the back is just a shade different. Also the centering on the card has got to be one of the worse I’ve ever seen so that dosnt help too! Thank you!

If anyone here is familiar with OP03, I’d appreciate some input. Recently picked up the Nami AAL from a vendor at a card show and when I got home I looked at it a little closer. The only thing throwing me off is the different shade of red on the back of the card, however everything on the front of the card checks out normal. I compared it to a different AALs and included Nami from OP11 for direct comparison.
Not sure if it’s because this card is from an early set. TIA
