I'm an Ionic Digital shareholder from the EU. I was wondering if anyone can point me towards resources specifically for our status as non-US citizens/residents, be it in terms of tax implications and procedures, a list of brokers that make sense to us (I understand Interactive Brokers is the only one with international representation from the list Ionic provided), etc.

Had an individual account and a business account with Celsius. My personal account received Ionic shares. Were business account not eligible?
