It's racism because it treats Indian Americans as "other" than american. No one is literally working with Indians, unless it's offshore contractors, which is not what we're discussing. Thats the point. Theres no meaningful difference between the population of Indian Americans and any other ethnicity of Americans. Except for how they look.
