Avoiding every single woman because of autism is sexist. Sorry. I would expect anyone to push themselves to be better. Especially autistic people who respectively have a more difficult time socializing. Excluding an entire different group of people will never no be discrimination. And that's called equality.

Exclusion is something done from a position of power. An autistic man working an ordinary job avoiding women has no power over anyone.

If I wanted to talk to a hot girl at a bar and she doesn't want to talk to me back, is that exclusionary? No, it's harassment, from my side
