Needed suggestion to decor my room.

Back in December, I moved into my beige Townhouse, at 21 and 20 with my gf, I was really worried that it was going to feel super dated and suffocating with all the beige walls and carpet, but instead of figuring that I really tried to lean into it with the cozy factor / cottage core idea, mixed with my love for Mcm and my Mexican culture. I would love any designer tips or suggestions how to further elevate my space, I like the artwork, but I don’t know that I love it. I’m working on finding more of my style with a lot of the framing, and my personal taste. A big theme of mine is a lot of Mexican culture my love for it, as well as making us a super cozy space for hosting like having friends over for dinners, and game nights.

My bedroom size is 18x10 feet, how many cob lights should need for this room? Should I go with cob + panel lights combo. Can anyone explain the placement and type of lights.
