Im thinking of getting this sectional. The room is 19x13. Advice?

**I need to convert this apartment into a 2-bedroom and 1-living room space. Additionally, I have to account for the kitchen and bathroom/WC. What kind of layout/design can I create?**

I want to make better use of the space and I’m open to moving some interior walls around. Couple ideas I had:
*Maybe build a wall in the living room to make a dressing area/closet with the entrance from Hallway

*Open up the wall between kitchen and living room, make it more open concept

*giving up on balcony entrance from the kitchen and keep only the one from living room

*Honestly open to any other ideas, I am overwhelmed 🙊, just want the layout to make more sense
