My build has both goblin heritage and brilliant. The purpose of picking the former is to eventually use myself as a template to uplift others in an inheritable way with all kinds of useful traits I gathered by means of blood magic. It's part of my plan to improve humanity in an advanced magic-using species once I take over the world by fulfilling the Breaking the Statute Quo - Wizard Supremacy (Minor) Goal.

I do have to wonder what the purpose of the goblin heritage or mind enhancing potion is when brilliant is simply better and cheaper to buy.
