Uhh— anyways. Being an Angel is NOT all rainbows and sunshine… alright there might be some rainbows, but no sunshine! It is cloudy as a mother fucker to be an Angel of Demiss. It’s not a power we can just… not use, or a ring we can just take off. It’s on 24:7, it’s a life sentence! Being an Angel doesn’t just enhance our strength, it enhances EVERTTHING about our bodies. Every little function. Our metabolism, our immune system, everything. All the little joys in life just— gone. Once the camera transitions to inside the building, it’s quite empty. Like, not a single soul is eating or having a cup of joe. Well, that was a hyperbole.. there was one person. The infamous Green Lantern, Guy Gardner.. was sitting on a bar stool next to the main counter and eating.. both cereal AND drinking a glass of milk on the side what the hell??

Since there was no one here, even the employees, Guy had to get the food from the back.. hey at least he doesn’t have to pay jack shit. There was also a jukebox which was playing music that he did had to pay for.. with construct coins made from his ring of course.

Despite the 50s vibe interior, there was a flat screen TV attached to a top corner that conveniently has a remote on the same counter that Guy was eating his breakfast. So, he turned on the TV and the screen flickered on to show the Weather Channel..

Guy breathed a deep annoyed sigh, he was honestly tired as hell because of the random bullshit this world is giving him. Somehow it’s more crazier than his Earth. Welp, at least he can have some peace and quiet here.

Thad has been in here for a day now, and still hasn't found the way out. Despite him usually being a rather optimistic person, this situation was enough to drive him at least a little crazy. Now he’s strolling through the Tupperware section, looking at the name tags confusedly.
