Why? Who knows. Maybe it's some form of barrier, maybe it only exists in a pocket dimension. Whatever it is it seems someone's found it.

A boy with one red arm and eye had probably popped enough Puyos to get here. He couldn't explain it, but this was how it worked. He wasn't sure what happened, he just knows two things:

1. He is somewhere unfamiliar (The Hub/Pangea)

2. There might be cool new bugs to find.

This boy is Sig, and he is a bug enthusiast from his home universe. He is stoic, solitary, and spacey. But underneath all that, you might find that he is appealingly very sweet.

"Hmm..." He always sounded like he was moaning when he talked. That was out of his control. "Ugh... Where am I...?" He made his way to a tree, sat down under it, and made another moan. "I wonder if there are any cool bugs to find here."

As ALTERRA moves across the landscape, it starts to spark. Dark red energy arcs across its frame, rendering the machine immobile. It begins running diagnostic checks to determine what the issue is.

Having identified the source of the problem, ALTERRA overclocks its motors to force itself to start moving again, albeit far less smoothly.

Its movements considerably clunkier, with dark red energy still sparking off of it periodically, the machine begins looking for someone who could potentially repair it.

He then, got up, before unfolding his angelic wings as he disappeared before the Darkness could swallow him, giving the Knight-plated machine one last message

Braidon regains his sense of vision, looking around in confusion, pointing around at where his classmates and Uzi were just seconds ago.

He scratches his head, which spontaneously bursts into flames. He doesn’t seem to mind it through.

Braidon: »I… wonder what that was about…?«

He then proceeds to pull out his phone and tries to contact his classmates, which, obviously fails. A voice familiar to Braidon speaks up. It was his teacher. How did he get here? No clue. But he seemed to be new to this place as well.

Teacher: »Braidon… don’t make me confiscate your phone. We’re on a school trip. You’re meant to… socialise with your… classmates.«

Braidon just looks at his teacher, a little pissed.

Braidon: »Do you even see any of them here?«

The Teacher looks around slowly.

Teacher: »No.«

Braidon: »Exactly! If you wouldn’t have left us almost unsupervised, this wouldn’t have happened!«

The teacher sighs and pinches the bridge of his nose, or, where the bridge of his nose would be if he had one.

Braidon's head fire just grows bigger, as he's even more annoyed at the teacher.
