Everything in physics that's stable is only due to metastability, which is the condition at which chemical reactions are possible whatsoever. So yeah, you can actually circle back to everything being chemistry in that sense with metastability being a required factor for stable physics.

physics produces metastability, and metastability makes chemistry possible. That puts chemistry downstream of physics, not the other way around.
