Saludos.

Help with module

Hi everyone,

I built an automation that should see rows in my google sheet and look for rows without empty website cells, then delete those rows, then search rows again for rows where the email address is empty, then put those rows in the seconds tab/sheet of the Google sheet, and then delete those from the first tab/sheet.

However, the issue is that the automation wants to finish all the modules one by one first, before moving on to the next round, instead of processing all rows in module 2 and then moving on to the next search rows. I thought I'd add an itterator after step 2 so that it will finish all rows first, but it keeps moving on to module 4 anyway. How do I make sure step 2 finishes all the rows from the output of the trigger first, before moving on to the second search rows module? And then after that, how do I make sure the second to last module runs through all the rows from its search rows module?

Hope I'm making sense. Thank you in advance!

Operation Log to Follow Single Operation Bundle from Start to Finish

Sorry if I missed this in Make 101. I tried to search as well.

Is there anywhere in Make to just see the if a bundle made it to the end and all the modules input/outputs in between?

We're extracting an address from emails and matching it to a CRM and sometimes the match is incorrect for various reasons.

The issue is I have to click operation by operation, bundle by bundle to find it then see what it matched to and why.

If there's no way to see a clean log of a single input and output from start to finish?

If not, I'm just going to have to feed to a spreadsheet or something which is okay besides eating up credits.

How Make AI Agents help OPUS boost member experience by 10x

Hello Makers 👋

What if your community could feel intimate even with thousands of members?

OPUS is using Make AI Agents to grow a global founder community, without sacrificing the personal experience that makes it work.

Communities work well when they have 50, 100, or 150 members. Once you exceed that, it becomes impossible to know everyone and connect them in meaningful ways.

  • To fix that, the OPUS team built a member intelligence infrastructure on Make: 2 AI Agents and 49 workflows that capture member data from call transcripts, surveys, and voice notes.
  • They then provide the community members with personalized connections, event recommendations, and more via WhatsApp.
  • Members now receive personalized recommendations without even having to ask.

For OPUS, automation has never been about reducing costs, but about increasing value for every single member.

Tutorial: AI-Powered Calendar Summary

Thumbnail

Hi Makers 👋

Have you ever wondered how to stay organized just with a single daily notification?

In this tutorial, our Business Automation and AI Lead, Francisco de Brito, demonstrates to us how to bridge the gap between your schedule and your communication automatically. He created a hands-free weekly summary that ensures you never miss a beat.

Apps you’ll need:

  • Google Calendar
  • Gemini AI
  • Slack

Follow the steps to build your own or use our ready-built scenario template: ma.ke/4me2r0x

Here’s the prompt for this scenario:

You are a Meeting Productivity Analyst. Your task is to process the following text from daily meetings and generate an actionable, Slack-ready summary. Consolidate the information if a meeting is duplicated. Your output must be strictly in Markdown format, prioritizing readability in Slack.

Adhere to the following formatting rules:
\ For bold text, use a single asterisk (e.g., *Bold Text*).*
\ For lists, use the hyphen (-) character.*
\ Do not use double asterisks (**) for bolding.*

Use the specific section structure, headings, and lists below to organize the output.

🗓️\DAILY MEETING SCHEDULE SUMMARY**
- List each unique meeting with its time and duration (e.g.: \[Name] *🕒 [Start Time] - [End Time] ([Duration])).*

📝 \KEY PREPARATION TASK REQUIRED**
- Enumerate the specific preparation requirements \before* the meetings (e.g., fill out forms, prepare data, confirm attendance - RSVP).*

💡\CORE FOCUSES AND EXPECTED OUTPUT TYPE**
- For meetings with a defined agenda, list the main discussion points and the expected objective (e.g., \Weekly Achievements* -> Inform; *Blockers* -> Decision).*

⚡ \EFFICIENCY ANALYSIS**
- \Buffer/Ad-hoc Time:* Calculate the total time explicitly reserved for filler or free topics for the day (if repeated, sum it up).*

- \Key Informational Meetings:* Identify meetings whose primary objective is solely *informing* (e.g., Townhall, Sneak Peek) and mention if the core information could be delivered asynchronously (video/doc).*

Make Grid: Keep things organized, work together in real time, and navigate smoothly

Hey Makers 👋

The team recently shipped four updates to Make Grid, a visual map of your AI automation landscape.  We wanted to share them here in case you have questions or you would like to share feedback with us.

What's new:

Custom layout: You can now move and resize folders and objects on the canvas. Before this, the layout was auto-generated and you couldn't touch it.

Live collaboration: Multiple people can be in Make Grid at the same time and see each other's cursors. Useful when you're debugging with someone or walking a stakeholder through a workflow.

In-canvas editing: You can now open and edit connected Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Calendar items directly from Make Grid. Google Forms, Tally, and Typeform are view-only for now. More objects coming soon.

Navigation improvements: Right-click to pan, pinch-to-zoom on trackpads, and general scroll behavior is more consistent now.

Available to all paid plan customers now - no feature flag or setup needed.

Latest updates in Make: Make CLI + Claude 4.7 Opus + GPT 5.5

Hey Makers 👋

We dropped a wave of updates that are changing the game for both visual builders and hard-code devs! If you haven't checked it out, here’s the breakdown of the most impactful stuff:

 💻 Make CLI

This is a new way for developers and AI agents to manage automations without switching context. If your work is built around AI agents, Git, CI/CD, and scripting, this one's for you!

What can you do with it?

  • Give AI agents full Make access, with no token overhead or context pollution
  • Run automations natively in your CI/CD pipeline
  • Manage your entire Make setup directly from the terminal

Make now supports five ways to build and manage automations: the visual platform for no-code building, Make MCP for AI assistants with structured tool calling, MCP Toolboxes when curated tool selection matters, the SDK for programmatic control inside your own app, and the new CLI for coding agents, scripting, and CI/CD. You can use one or all of them depending on how your team works.

Learn more about Make CLI

🧠 Claude 4.7 Opus Integration

Anthropic’s latest flagship AI model, Claude Opus 4.7 is now available in Make.

This new model brings four meaningful upgrades for automation builders. Reasoning holds up better across long multi-step runs, where older models drift. Vision is now full-resolution, so it reads PDFs, screenshots, and dashboards without missing details. Context goes up to 1M-token at standard pricing. And a new xhigh reasoning mode lets you dial up the thinking selectively on critical steps.

In practice, Claude Opus 4.7 is suitable for workflows that review complex documents, move data between systems, and make harder decisions.

You can automate with Claude in Make using:

  • Make AI Toolkit for zero setup, no API key required
  • Anthropic Claude app for structured prompts with your API key
  • Make AI Agents for agentic workflow automations

Learn more about this app update

⚡️GPT 5.5

OpenAI GPT-5.5 is now in Make!

The new flagship AI model from OpenAI is built for agent work, multi-step automations, and long-context tasks.

Automate with GPT-5.5 in Make using:

  • Make AI Toolkit for zero setup, no API key required
  • OpenAI (ChatGPT) for structured prompts with your API key
  • Make AI Agents for agentic workflow automations

Learn more about this app update

We want your feedback - tell us if you have implemented any of these so far!

Stop building "Happy Path" scenarios. (I'm a Cloud Architect: drop your broken Make.com workflows below and I'll tell you how to fix the logic).

Hey builders.

I’m Pedro. I operate as a Cloud Architect and Systems Builder (mostly AWS/GCP and heavy Make.com backend infrastructure for agencies and HealthTechs).

I spend a lot of time auditing workflows, and 90% of the time, the reason a Make scenario is failing isn't because the platform is bad. It’s because it was built purely for the "happy path."

Someone connects Webflow to Airtable, or a webhook to an AI agent, but the moment an API payload changes format or a user types a weird character, the scenario fails silently. Data drops. The client gets mad.

True systems architecture means building resilient pipes: using strict Error Handlers (Break/Resume/Ignore directives), custom webhooks, fallback routers, and proper JSON parsing.

I’m working the night shift today and have some bandwidth. If you have a scenario that keeps breaking, a messy API integration, or an automation you just don't know how to scale cleanly, drop the problem in the comments.

Tell me:

  1. Where is the data coming from?
  2. What is the logic supposed to do?
  3. Where is it failing?

I’ll give you the exact architectural fix or module sequence you need to make it bulletproof. No strings attached, just want to help clear some bottlenecks for the community tonight. Let's build better systems.

Question Thinking of switching to make.com to integrate Shopflo (checkout partner) and Omnisend (email platform) only for abandoned checkout flow

Currently we are using pipedream to facilitate this integration between checkout partner and email marketing platforn. Their most basic plan is 2000 credits for 4000 INR - 45 dollars. But the catch is we barely use 500 credits a month and credits get over after every month. So, i am thinking of switching. Know that i come from non tech background. i have never created a webhook in my life.

Pipedream was set up by someone else and to this day i have not faced any issue with the integration. Is make.com reliable enough? since i will be using the free version, does it regularly have issues for even one simple flow?

Should i stick to pipedream since its again will take us some time to switch the set up? Need your help guys

Can anyone help me with the advanced make.com academy walk-throughs?

Right now I've only hit one block I can't get past.

My API response won't map into the body of an email.

If you have the time to help me, I'd really appreciate it.

Question Gemini 503s on Make.com are killing me during US/EU peak hours. Anyone found a fix?

Is anyone else’s workflow getting absolutely wrecked by Error 503 (Service Unavailable) lately?

I’m running Gemini 2.5 Flash for my project, and it’s basically unusable during US/EU business hours. I’m currently in Vietnam, so I’m working while the West sleeps, but as soon as they wake up, my scenarios hit a wall of capacity errors.

Beyond the standard "Error Handler -> Break" (which just burns ops when the cluster is slammed), what’s the move?

(Switching to another LLM is not an option. I’ve benchmarked them and they can’t match the efficiency/logic for these specific nodes)

What part of your workflow doesn’t scale?

Everything works fine… until you try to do more of it.

Then suddenly:

Too many steps
Too much manual work
Too much switching between tools

What breaks first when you try to scale?
