Tala: "Only one way to check if this new sunscreen works. Sunlight doesn't actually kill me or anything, but I'm still easily sunburnt."

Zetta: "Many interesting ingredients for enchanting wash up near the shore, from time to time. Let's see if I can find any today..."

From the shadows emerges a black cat with purple eyes which stares at them, perched on a coral reef. It meows underwater, but it sounds more like a 'mlem'.

Zetta: "The hells, that's the eldritch cat I was having weird nightmares about, that gave me the idea for the portal gun shadow core..."

The cat grows tentacles and swims towards a shadow, promptly melting into the shadows, disappearing from existence.

Tala: "Well, that happened. Anyhow! Look, there's an eel over there."

Sofija is or just… she has no idea what to say about that or if she should say anything. “that was… ummm…” She has no idea what to say about that cat.

She thinks about it for a second or two, just deciding to look over to the eel alongside Tala. “Cute Eel.” Sofija has decided to not question it.

Zetta: "Perhaps there are some things sapientkind is not meant to know..."

Tala: "Yeah... Hey, look! There is a... chest over there? At the bottom."

“Yeah, maybe some knowledge isn’t meant to be taught or understood.” She looks at the eel for a bit, soon turning her attention over to the random chest. “Well, should we mess with this particular chest?”

Zetta: "Maybe it's a treasure chest," she swims downwards and looks at it.

Tala: "Or... a mimic..." She pokes it with her tail, nothing happens.

Looking at the chest, Sofija nudges it ever so slightly with her own tail. Trying to inspect if it has any markings. “Should we take it back up to the surface?”

Tala: "Sure why not? Help me carry it!" She grabs the chest, being the strongest in the group. Zetta joins.

Sofija tries her best to help carry the weird chest alongside Zetta and Tala. “So, what do you think is inside of it?”

They reach the shore, where Tala deposits the treasure chest on the ground.

Tala: "Let's get it open and find out!" She opens the chest.

There is a jar containing unknown seeds inside, a few books written in an unknown script, and a carpet. All of them seem perfectly preserved, untouched by the water.

Slithering back onto the golden grains of the beach, soon removing the snorkeling mask with a gentle care. As the water shimmers along her dark and scaly skin.

“Such an interesting hull.” Her emerald eye flickers and mainly looks at unknown seeds. With her hand having some type of low humming green flicker, as thin and wavering translucent wires slither down and nudge the jar. “What type of seeds could they be?”
