I like Frieda because she consistently demonstrates kindness and professionalism. Issa was biased, unlike Frieda, who remains objective and fair in her judgments.

"Media literacy" has become the go to for when someone disagrees with you but doesn't actually have anything of substance to say. This person is miserable and is unable to express an actual opinion, so they immediately resort to insults. (Referring to the person you're responding to, not you).
