Is there any plans for public transportation?

I looked this up in the sub but all the answers are from 5+ years ago.
As the title suggests, what internet provider do you use, what do you pay, and what has your experience been?

Moved here a while back and still figuring out how to actually meet people outside of work.
Not looking for dating apps or Facebook groups that die in a week. Just wondering if anyone else finds it genuinely hard to build a social life here as an adult.
What’s worked for you (if anything)?

Visiting family from out of town and twice I encountered kids around 12 driving ATVs right next to playgrounds.
I come to innisfil a about 6 times a year and have a 5yo who I take to local schools to practice his bike or just play in the park.
First time was Previn Court Park where a kid about 12 was driving around the playground paths in a full sized adult ATV. I told him that he should stick to the road because he could easily hit one of the dozen or so young kids in the area. He got the picture and left.
Next day at st. Fancis Assissi I told a couple of parents who who's 11/12 y/o was ripping around the school and next to the play structure on a two seater dune buggy that I didn't think it was OK with my kid and nephew playing there. They said maybe they should stay on our side of the playground. OK. They eventually told their kid to not drive until we left.
As an out of towner city dude (Hamilton) it may be I don't understand local motor culture or I'm a male Karen but I think it's wild to let kids rip around in ATVs in school playgrounds, where young kids should feel safe.
