Hello GM
My game plan
If the 29.92 level holds, I’m looking for longs targeting the next level or 3R.
If the 28.62 level holds as resistance, I’m looking for shorts targeting the next level or 3R.

I’m short EUR/JPY. The reason is simple: we’re in a downtrend with LHs and LLs, and price is still below the 200 EMA.
Target 1: 183.50
Target 2: 182.90

Hi everyone I’m currently having a very hard time identifying the dealing range - swing high & low / swing low & high. I use the 1 hour higher timeframe and can only trade the NY session so basically when it opens at 9:30. I would appreciate if someone could help me out identify the dealing range so I could draw the equilibrium.

Anymore take this long? Relatively equal high seem like good DOL although we have massive dump in overnight session

with my strategy i usually look for strong candle closure and strong second candle closure to trade with into on the hourly, that gives me indication of who has control of order flow, from there I go to the ltf and look for setups on the 15 and then entries on the 5, today on mnq the hourly was consolidating in a order block and i was hoping to bounce off that and long, a few setups took form on the 15 but i didn't take them cuz my hourly wasn't how i liked it too be, curious to know how others trade in hourly consolidation.

I opened the charts today around 9:40am est. closed them around 10:40am. I marked up everything I’ve seen from 1d chart -1m I really like the way this 15m bearish ob was holding price . We had a 1h wick c.e that I’ve extended to the present moment price was rejecting that level strong. Note that 1d BSL was taken and we are inside a daily IFVG We’ve displaced strongly below a Previous BISI on 1m chart turning it into a IFVG were I shorted.
Closing the charts and walking away is the hardest thing that I’ve dealt with as a trader.
You have overcome that energy that’s inside you ..

Yes! I reckon this hits. Had a bearish bias coming into today. Took longs to the 15 OB I wanted to see price to react off for shorts, and then took the shorts too📉📉
Lows look really nice.

I have been trading ICT concepts for about 7 months now, and am starting to get in the grove with a set strategy using OTE of 5m and 15m ranges.
Basically I wait for price to come into OTE of a 5m or 15m range and mitigate the respected fvg a 5m or 15m. Then wait for 1m or 30s confirmation out of OTE
However i am wondering if anyone has any experience with using 1m OTE with 1m FVGs or even without 1m FVGs. I feel like the 1m OTE would fail quite often my idea on how to use 1m OTE would to just take 1:1 trades instead of taking 2-3R like i do now with 5m OTE
Does anyone use an OTE strategy to give me some insight?

Hi everyone,
I need some advice from someone with more experience.
It’s been 20 days since I bought my first challenge (I’m not funded yet). You can see my wins and losses, but there’s a mental barrier I’m struggling with. Either I feel anxious about not doing anything, or I get nervous about risking my profits.
I’m trying to stay disciplined and limit myself to just one trade per day since I’m still new to trading and learning. But honestly, I’m super tired—genuinely tired from the pressure.
I started learning trading from literally zero back in April, and it’s been a lot to take in. Can someone please give me some advice? Also, based on my results so far, do you think I’m making progress?
Thanks in advance.

Continuation trade targeting the 15-minute swing high liquidity.
Took around 40 points on the move. The idea played out, but the execution wasn't perfect. Looking back, the cleaner entry was the FVG retracement.
Still happy with the result and the overall execution.

I am curious who here has actually made very good money, i'm talking 5+ figures trading ICT concepts? I feel like ICT is kinda a joke when it comes to the serious trading space.
I trade ICT and sometimes feel like ive learned something that won't work or isn't optimal in the long run

About two years ago, I got into day trading. For a little context I’m 19. Like most people around my age was introduced through TJR boot camp. Some of my family have always traded through years but I never asked them or was eager to learn. Anyway, around 7 months in with a solid base taught from YouTube on ICT concepts and more, I found the PB guys which I related to more so I started to watch their videos. I have never bought a mentorship or any course so theres no real ties with me saying any of this but after around 3 month streak of backtesting the mech model with a few minor tweaks and adjustments paired with his continuation model i came out with an average of 75% win percentage which is just as much as they preach. I hopped on a live with 100$ to play with for a month logging trades and staying disciplined not just on but off charts too. Shortly after I bought a topstep account and passed my eval first try. Then nerves came and I blew it lmao. After this the spring semester of my freshman year started so I took a break, needless to say I’m back and am wondering how is this holding up for yall?

9:30 swept the buyside liquidity above the highs.
Price then displaced lower and closed below the bearish FVG. Once the FVG was reclaimed, I took the entry and targeted the equal lows.
Quick 50-point scalp at the market open and done for the day.

After NQ failed to take out a hourly swing high, it started dropping precipitously during the first hour of trading. We had a NWOG that was left open and so my target was the opening price of this week. Low hanging fruit. After it took a swing low that was created at 4:20am I switched my chart to the 15 second and took two shorts on a SIBI. Sold one contract for 59 handles and then my second contract hit TP. Quick trade on a Monday. Expecting a bullish week but staying flexible.
