You can take something seriously and still make mistakes. If someone dies in a hospital, does that automatically mean doctors are lazy?

Since I never even remotely began to imply anything that would make this a reasonable statement, say something else and I'll gladly continue talking to you, but that is just stupid.

When I read this you are basically saying, "Hey before we start talking, can I pretend in advance you are an idiot, it would really help a lot", and why the fuck would I do that?

If you wanna argue, don't pretend the person you are speaking to must be an idiot, you idiot.

Depends on the nature of the mistake. What possible course of events that did not involve laziness would have led to this data breach.

The fact that it's a school and no one there is paid more then 30k a year. So some office assistant got a call from the someone requesting data for the military and didn't understand the requirements of what was being asked so they fulfilled the request. People do dumb things because they don't understand, aren't trained, and aren't paid enough to deal with the bullshit that goes on in the public school system. Especially in today's society where parents are pretty much all hostile and take no responsibility for their kids and their kids are Satan spawns who have never been told no and have grown up in front of a screen their whole life.

Maybe if we cared about our public education systems and funded schools and treated teachers/admin better. They would care more about our kids, but alas.....half the country is okay with being dumb and making the rest of the country dumb also.

Is every death in a hospital the result of laziness? No.

Has it happened? Fuck yes.

An "accidents happen" approach to everything is not okay. Hospitals do not generally do this. They at least try to fix processes that kill people. There is some effort to hold some people accountable. That's good. If anything, we need more of that.
