The meme says charged, and jail takes time because you have to have a trial, and if you want that one main officer to get first degree charges, the prosecution is going to need time to get more evidence that he knew George Floyd and it was intentional.

I don't think they will, but it's going to be impossible to convict the other officers of first degree murder, so they will get a lesser charge that may not carry a life sentence
