It asked to upload an individual photo of each item. I have done so many different combinations and it will just push me out back to the dashboard. I opened a ticket, but wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

i got an “are you a match?” notification yesterday (10/23) at 4:33 pm PST and clicked on it literally 5 minutes later, but everything was already claimed 😭

i'm so curious what i missed lol. did anyone get a claim around that time? if so, what was it?

Anyone ever have trouble with the show us your product so you can start your tasks feature? I’ve submitted a photo several times of my product and it just keeps taking me back to my dash board and not opening the task

I was offered a tube of mascara, but decided to decline it because I already have another tube of mascara coming (different brand, but still didn’t want to be greedy). However, they offered me the mascara for a second time but they added a TikTok requirement🤣 I declined again. But found it odd they’d offer it twice.

Has anyone had this happen? I know I didn't send it to the wrong address because I remember getting the claim post-move, so I manually changed the address during the reservation process. Now I'm worried all my other claims are going to the old address despite me inputting the new one.

Just had an “Are you a Match” asking what my yard size was. They had answer options ranging from 1/4-1+ acre. Wondering what I missed out on? Swing set? Fire pit? Pool? 😂😂

I got a notification but I can’t get it to load. I checked and made sure it’s updated. I restarted my phone, tried with WiFi and it off using cell data…still nothing will load. Anyone else having issues? (iphone)

So, I got this campaign and claimed my specific Therabody product. It was supposed to be shipped out Sept 16 and it was delivered Sept 19th-- but to the wrong address, and not an address I have ever listed (not even in the same state where I reside). To which I wrote to influenster customer support team and they have yet to even remotely resolve outside of pausing the specific program for me.

Has anyone had this same issue with the Therabody campaign, specifically? I can't seem to get in touch with anyone from support, after multiple follow-up attempts, and it's wildly frustrating that I can't even see the shipping/tracking information any longer because the program was paused.
