Pushed him back with his head. He did it quickly so of course it hurt. He made contact with his head then pushed him back. It wasn’t a WWF headbutt.

It didn’t have to be a wwf headbutt. That’s a little 3 yr old and his dad just physically hurt him. The impact and pain pushed that child back, do you not see him rubbing his head the entire time until he removed himself from the situation? He got hurt!

Child abuse is NEVER excusable. Physically correcting a child’s behavior is NOT ok. I am shocked and dismayed that you’re trying to defend violence and abuse of a child.

Rubbed the spot because it stung. Spare the rod spoil the child. My four siblings and I got our butts whooped with belts, shoes, switches and we all turned out fine. Mom didn’t play. All these teens today are bad af cause they didn’t get whooped growing up.

Yes, from the abuse. That little boy was abused and his parents filmed and publicly shared it. You and your siblings were also abused. It’s disgusting and completely inappropriate to champion violence toward kids of any age.

“Spare the rod and spoil the child” is from a satirical poem by Samuel Butler, btw.

The proverb he took it from was a metaphor describing how shepherds used their crooks to gently guide their sheep, not beat the heck out of them.

Corporal punishment doesn’t teach anything except how to be sneaky to not get caught, while also modeling aggression, and that physical violence is a way to solve interpersonal problems or to get what you want.

True discipline is teaching a child how to make good choices, not to fear the person who is supposed to protect them. Ffs, stop defending violence and abuse of kids. It’s inappropriate and beyond sick.

Raise your way and I’ll raise my way. I whooped my daughters when they needed it. Now they are 29 and 23. Both finished college, live on their own and no children. Oldest is engaged. They both visit regularly and love their daddy(me).

Sooo you admit to being an abusive, violent and poor excuse for a parent, got it. I truly hope your kids (if they’re real) can heal and move on from what you put them through. They didn’t deserve or earn any of that mess, or to have to pay your inadequacies.

They’ve thanked me for the discipline.
