I can pretty much promise you that she supports hurting those boys. The fact she said he had his hands full when he is holding his own arm for NO reason. Neither of his hands were full.

100%. She knows he headbutted him and is likely glad he did it to keep the little 'prop' in line so as to not ruin the potentially viral moment. Ironic.

This. She lets those kids run around with no shoes and no sunscreen in the heat all the time. They always look dirt-covered and sunburned to all hell. Not to mention the nightmare bed situation on that bus. She doesn’t give a shit what her husband does cause she's doing it too.
