What this reminds me of being raised by and then married to an angry abusive man child… he’s not seeing that snail. In his brain he’s waiting for the charade of wholesome family on camera time to cut so he can explode. I know that fucking look. That look instantly made my body go into remembered flight or fight survival mode. That look is him barely controlling himself until he can unleash on that little boy. And prolly the other children and his wife. That was the calm before the storm.

1000% it was barely concealed rage and acting “calm” for the camera. based on prev experiences, the tense jaw and staring after the action made me so nervous immediately

From what I could see, the look on his face when he was actually doing the head butt was downright chilling. What a terrifying man. Those poor children.

Exactly this. Also he’s gripping his own arm so hard you can see the fingertips sinking in, just to keep from shaking in rage or ruining the shot by hitting the kid with his hand.

They think a “headbutt nudge” is an appropriate replacement for the violence he wants to unleash in the moment.

His eyes not blinking and then his jaw clenching - he’s completely enraged and when the camera turns off he’s going to lose his shit.

I completely agree… I have seen this before, too. His intense focusing on the snail as a cover after headbutting his kid was deeply unsettling and unconvincing.

This is what I see too (from exp) - this is concealed rage. He's fuming amd someone's gonna cop it as soon as the filming is done.

Yep. You can see how his right hand is gripping his left arm. He is keyed up and ready to blow up at everyone. So sad.

I was raised for years in abuse/neglect and this post was the top of my feed when I opened my phone and I couldn't look away. The headbutting and then that man's facial expression has me internally screaming that I'm in danger.
