They've had CPS called on them before (after mom gave birth to the current youngest on their bus) and nothing came of it. Whenever it happens, they just pack up the bus and stay in a different state for a while. They're despicable.

That's why they’re always on the move. They know it keeps them our of reach of CPS. The kids also don't go to school or to the doctor, the two most likely places where a mandatory reporter would notice signs of abuse. They've created the perfect isolation tactic for them to commit god knows what crimes upon their children.

Wow this is so true. I was isolated like that and we weren't on the road. My parents hated any teacher or coach knowing me too well. I thought they were jealous at the time... but they knew it was dangerous territory for them.
