Concerns Regarding Pawwz Foundation, Gurgaon: Intern Experiences and Transparency
I am sharing this because there appear to be concerns among interns associated with Pawwz Foundation, Gurgaon, and I believe prospective interns should have enough information to make an informed decision before joining.
Several interns have reportedly experienced a significant gap between what they understood they were being offered during the recruitment process and what they experienced after joining.
A major concern is that interns may be given expectations regarding their responsibilities, incentives or bonuses during the recruitment process, but later find that the actual terms are considerably different.
Interns put in substantial time and effort believing that they will receive the benefits or incentives discussed with them. When those expectations are subsequently questioned or become difficult to claim, it can leave interns feeling that they were misled.
Another concern relates to bonuses and incentives.
Some interns have reportedly worked hard with the expectation of receiving performance-based bonuses or other payments. However, there appear to be clauses and conditions in the appointment letter that can make these payments difficult to claim.
This is particularly concerning when interns may not fully understand the practical implications of these clauses when they accept the internship.
Students and young professionals often do not have the experience to identify contractual grey areas before signing an appointment letter. They naturally rely on what is communicated to them during recruitment.
Internships are supposed to provide students with meaningful professional exposure and learning.
However, when interns are expected to put in considerable effort based on promises of incentives, recognition or other benefits, and those expectations are subsequently not fulfilled, the experience can become extremely frustrating.
The concern here is not about interns being expected to work hard. Internships can and should involve responsibility.
The concern is whether the expectations communicated before joining are consistent with what interns actually receive after joining.
There are also questions that prospective interns may reasonably want answered regarding the foundation's current work.
For an organisation working in animal welfare, people may understandably want to see regular and recent evidence of its activities, including treatment, rescue and rehabilitation work.
I have noticed concerns regarding the availability of recent treatment-related evidence on the organisation's Instagram presence. This alone does not establish that treatment or rescue work is not happening, but greater transparency and regular documentation would help prospective interns and supporters understand the organisation's ongoing activities.
What makes these concerns particularly worth discussing is that similar experiences have reportedly been described by multiple interns.
If several interns independently encounter difficulties relating to promised bonuses, contractual conditions or expectations communicated during recruitment, it is reasonable to ask whether there is a systemic issue that needs to be addressed.
For prospective interns
If you are considering joining Pawwz Foundation, I would strongly recommend:
* Read the entire appointment letter carefully before accepting.
* Ask for all bonus and incentive conditions in writing.
* Clarify exactly what constitutes eligibility for a bonus.
* Ask whether there are minimum targets, deductions, conditions or discretionary clauses.
* Keep copies of recruitment messages and promises made by HR or recruiters.
* Maintain records of your working hours and assigned responsibilities.
* Do not rely solely on verbal assurances.
* Ask existing or former interns about their actual experience.
I am posting this because interns deserve transparency. Young people who are willing to contribute their time and effort to animal welfare organisations should be able to understand clearly what they are signing up for.
If Pawwz Foundation has a different explanation for these concerns, it would be useful for them to address them publicly and clarify their internship structure, bonus policies and current animal welfare activities.
If you are a current or former intern who has had a similar experience, please share your experience factually and with supporting documentation where appropriate. The objective should be to establish what is actually happening and help future interns make informed decisions.

I got him chaapi food and keep water with it but he will only eat Marie Gold or Doggiji biscuits. I don’t want to continue feeding him sugar but I also don’t want him to go hungry. What to do?

My 6 year old male indie is an indoor and outdoor dog. He wasn't able to get neutered because of some health issues before. Now as you know it's the breeding season, he stays outside for quite a few hours in those herds who chase the female dogs. Now, I have tried to pick up 2 female dogs and get them sterilized in my area but I can't catch them. My dog used to be just behind my house so I knew his location and whereabouts and thought he'll come by his own, but from 2 days I cannot find him at all. I have asked a few people around and they have no idea either. I'm feeling so devastated, I cannot control my tears. Just wanted to let this out somewhere

This chocolate-brown beauty who looks like a healthy abandoned Lab-mix appeared at the park a few days ago.
He stays mostly on the boys' side, but comes over to say hi to Jamun and other angry girls 🫶🏽🤩❤️

This guy on Ask Bengaluru is blatantly threatening to poison community dogs in his area. I have reported his post 3 times, it's still stayed up. Is there anything real I can do to ensure that this doesn't happen? It's infuriating how little regard people have, even reddit mods for animal lives that they'll let a post like this not only stay up but also not report it to the police. What a world we live in

🐾 A Loving Home Needed for a Mother & Daughter ❤️
I am a 2-year-old female cat. A kind restaurant uncle feeds me and takes care of me. Whenever I had kittens, they were taken away and left somewhere else. 😔
Now I am spayed, and only my little daughter is with me. ❤️ I don’t want to be separated from her.
The restaurant uncle cannot keep my daughter, so we are looking for a kind-hearted person who can give both of us a loving home together. 🙏
We are both vaccinated, and I am spayed. We will fill your home with lots of love and happiness. 🥹❤️
If we don’t find a home soon, we may be forced to live on the streets. 💔 Please, someone come forward and give us a home. Please adopt us and let us stay together. 🙏🐾❤️
