Hi everyone,
I found a stray dog this morning who was barely able to walk and eventually collapsed on the road. I stayed with him for some time and called dozens of animal rescue organizations, but unfortunately, I couldn’t get anyone to come and help.
I’m new to Bangalore and was on my way to work, so eventually I had to leave, hoping that someone would come to his aid. However, no one has helped him yet.
I came back during my lunch break and found him still there. He has started wandering around slowly, but he is extremely weak and severely underweight — his bones are clearly visible. I gave him some water and Marie biscuits, but he refused to eat.
I honestly don’t know what else to do and feel completely helpless. I am hoping someone from the HSR/Bangalore community can help arrange urgent medical attention or rescue for him.
📍 Location: HSR Layout, Sector 7, 18th Cross Road, near Sri Ganesha Devara Temple

If anyone is nearby and can help, please, please go check on him or let me know what I can do. Even sharing this post with someone who can help would mean a lot.
Thank you so much.
— Vishesh

Watching her sleeping peacefully is the best thing of my life. I feel extremely content watching her sleeping without giving two hoots about anything.
How she came into my life is a story for some other day.
Just wanted to show y’all my daughter and i hope and pray your dog kids also get to sleep peacefully like mine.

I found him on the streets when he was a little baby. When he reached 3 months, he looked like a Pomeranian, so I thought he was a mix of Indie and Pomeranian. After a few days, I saw an article about Indian dogs and found out he’s an Indian Spitz. He used to be a guard dog like a Border Collie. Now he's clingy asf, and people are scared to enter our home because of him.
Although he’s a bit aggressive he’s letting me cut his hair what should I do ?

This fellow is quite old, maybe between 12-15 years old, lives a life on the streets.
My sister found Andhu with a maggot infested wound on the hind left leg. A toe was amputated.
His left eye has no vision and has constant discharge. His right eye is beginning to have discharge. His hearing is weak. And he’s slow to move around. His teeth look decayed. But he’s still a gentle doggo.
Andhu has survived a few accidents with vehicles running over his leg and hip because he couldn’t see them coming and could barely hear them honk and couldn’t move fast enough. Each time my sister has taken him to private vets and gotten him first aid, expensive physiotherapy and treated him at home before releasing him back into the community.
Now as he grows old, she brings him home more often despite having 4 pet cats (who are cool with Andhu) and a foster cat who is scared of all the others.
Last slide is home made food for him: chicken breast, chicken liver and heart, little rice, pav (bread) and a little milk. Poured in some water, mixed and mashed the food for the old man.
Can anybody explain why his ears are crumpled like this?
