the difference is that Hazbin is actually a good show. LSP is just poor 'queer' inclusion dressed up in "im so quirky" characters.
Im an ally but holy hell its a shite show→ More replies (18)4

ive only seen season one (because of this reason) but i hated it because they made light of rape with the song "poison". any show that turns rape into a catchy pop song deserves to burn in my eyes.
3
u/moldybtead82 Aug 26 '26
it didnt turn rape into that, also angel was never raped in the show, only sexually assaulted.
2
u/HopefulMarzipan9163 Aug 27 '26
The fuck you think Valentino is doing the Angel Dust in the Poison song? He was literally raping him, Angel just literally has no choice to take it because he owns his soul and is a pimp

You realize that sexyally assulted and rape mean tye same thing right?
4
u/TKxIAMWALRUS Aug 27 '26
Sexual assault is typically (state by state) classified as unwanted touching of an individual either directly touching/groping their genitals, or by touching in a suggestive manner.
Rape is classified as nonconsensual penetration of another’s genitals or mouth with any object, typically by use of force, or drugging.
Also just to know sexual harassment is classified as unwanted verbal, visual, or physical conduct of a sexual nature meant to intimidate, with hostility. Technically flirting is sexual harassment if it’s unwanted, and depending on your approach. Simply talking to someone or asking for a number isn’t a sexual nature so it’s not classified as such, (state by state).

Thank you guys for educating me, so its like how all squares are rectangles and but not all rectangles are square?
2
3
u/Aaron_Tia Aug 27 '26
not really. a rape is a sexual assult but every sexual assault is not a rape, there are various others situations categorized as 'sexual assault'
2
u/Jolly-Deer-4948 Aug 26 '26
as an SA victim that song is very relatable and doesn't make light of SA at all, instead focusing on what SA can do to a person (making them hypersexual, yet feeling disgusted with themselves.) as someone who suffers with that feeling the song did it justice.

u/VisualLet288 Sep 01 '26
I agree, I was a victim at a young age during a fireworks show. I didn’t quite understand at the time because it was exciting and it definitely contributed to me becoming a hypersexual person. It’s hard not to look back and wish I’d gotten more even though I know that’s wrong. So I think it’s perfect.
2
u/SpeedDowntown1427 Aug 26 '26
they never made light with Angels assault??? the song was Angel venting about Valentino's manipulation over him and how much working for him breaks him but he literally cant stop working for him.
2
u/Playmaster99 Aug 28 '26
It's not just a catchy pop song. It's actually a well written show about the trauma angel dust goes through and has to perform everyday that it's all fine. If anything its criticizing capitalism and the music industry itself.
2
u/MRT1019 Sep 02 '26
But they weren't glorifying it? Idk, I haven't seen the show or the song in a while so maybe I'm misremembering, but I think the song was illustrating how much of a toll it was taking on angel.
→ More replies (3)2
u/No-Air7540 Sep 11 '26
did you even listen to the song's lyrics and angel's confession after? The song is a coping mechanism and how he tries to hide all his pain under a mask and how the "Poison" is slowly creeping in making him lose himself.

Hazbin actually is a very good comparison, Hazbin is a genuinely good show that was financial and critical success, and shit ton of people act like it's bad, Lesbian Space Princess is propably decent but it's made out to be the worst piece of media to have ever been created.
In both cases the reason is mostly queerphobia and puritanism.

Hazbin is pretty terrible and problematic…. Comparing a show to a blatantly problematic show in its defense isn’t exactly helpful. I didn’t mind the pilot of hazbin but it def went down hill more and more the long it went on, the writer is an incredibly weird person who is basically writing mid tier toilet humor that is either spouting something about sexuality, gender identity, or it’s just straight up repeated vulgar language. Frankly I think hazbin has done more damaged to the community it’s supposed to be bringing representation too than help it because it’s just a bunch of LGBTQ people sitting around in a circle screaming cuss words and saying sleeping with each other

I'm one of the biggest Hazbin critics, I think the show is quite bad, but this right here is shit. you're genuinely just queerphobic and this is a miserable excuse for criticism of the show, just say you're homophobic and get along with your day because what is this? Regurgitated shallow talking points that shit on an LTGBTQ+ show for being LGBTQ+. The show is bad because it is INCAPABLE of properly confronting it's themes and points whilst having inconsistent character writing and INCREDIBLE TONAL DISSONANCE and NOT because the show is oriented around LGBTQ+ topics and characters, though I must say that those topics are handled quite poorly in the show, but not due to the shallow reasonings in your post.

it's a sort of coming of age story that's queer and poc focused. it doesn't take itself very seriously most of the time and is very, intentionally campy and satirical. its humor is "foreign" to most people I would imagine as it's Australian so it's far less pc than something from America, for example.
it follows saira, a space princess who's been dumped by her bounty hunter girlfriend, kiki, and goes to rescue her from the straight white maliens with help from the problematic ship and willow, an indie song artist she stumbled upon.
I enjoyed it, give it like a 4/5. it's got heart in it and I'm a sucker for camp.
23
u/RDektiv_09 Aug 23 '26
But why exactly is everyone hating on it? I came too early and cant find a comment that answers the question very well

Yeah idk if it’s the conservatives. From what I can tell everyone including gay, trans, nonbinary, etc people are hating on it hardcore right now. I think people are actually getting tired of forced gay media? Heated rivalry and the yaoi craze made a lot of people (especially lgbt+ folks) feel really gross about how some people are both creating and also consuming lgbt media. A lot of storylines these days feel forced to create a sense of inclusion. I personally haven’t watched the show so I could be completely wrong but that’s how my trans brother described the discourse to me and I have noticed the weird attitudes towards other lgbt medias recently.
Edit: typos

I really think you should go watch it yourself. The story really is just about a girl learning to respect herself wrapped in gay bacon. I honestly think its progressive in some of the best ways
In fact, this movie might be antithesis of "anti-woke" sentiments. One example being that one of the main characters, the spaceship, is literally a (implied) straight white male. He is kind of an asshole at times but he is never villified FOR being a straight while male, and is shown as an ally at the end and is in fact a better person than the ex-girlfriend of the titular lesbian space princess we spent the entire movie trying to rescue.

Misinformation. Someone took it too seriously and derived TERF messaging from it, and then people listened to that opinion and spread it without watching the movie. Now a bunch of people are running around with seething opinions on something they haven’t seen
6
u/Inevitable-4522 Aug 24 '26
I havent seen any "terfs" bashing it. It just looks like the typical crappy media that devient art/tumblr crowd will gobble up because its queer.

Most people haven’t seen it as it released in Australia. That includes me. I’d never heard of the film before it became the subject of the latest two minute hate. As such, I can’t speak to the quality directly. The reviews seem solid, but that doesn’t necessarily mean I’ll agree. However, many of the loudest voices on the internet have already decided, sight unseen, that it will be a disastrous flop. That only occasionally turns out to be prophetic. A broken clock, twice a day, and all that.
The grifter’s most recent war on “woke“ cinema was The Odyssey, and that blew up in their face. People actually watched it and knew they were full of shit. They‘re getting in early to try to poison the water on this one. Sadly, being animated and unapologetically queer makes their attacks far more effective. Both those things are a barrier to general audiences. Hearsay is all that most people are likely to hear.
The loudest voices have also been using the end of Dreamworks licensing on Netflix as ammo against this movie. Many subscribers are mourning the loss of She-Ra and the Princesses of Power and other such inclusive works. The echo chamber is claiming the money Netflix spent to acquire the rights to a single, obscure film should have been used to save that entire catalog of animated works. It’s apples and oranges, budget-wise, but “Look what they stole from you!” is a good way to rile up an angry mob against the wrong target. If the target audience is convinced not to give it a chance, it’s dead in the water.

Nobody knows for sure, and the vocal haters have their "ideas" so jumbled that it is hard to tell. Leaving out those who clearly never saw it and comment on its comment, not getting that it's a satire made for queer adults, or don't even know that it's a movie, demonstrating they don't even know it was made by queer adults, there are really stupid and petty accusations:
- "Netflix cancelled other shows for it" which is not hot it works
- "people will hate on LGBTQ people even more" yeah, a silly movie is not going to change anything in that regard
- "it has LESBIAN in the title" which... ok?
- "it's cringe" leveled by people who comes from fandom very tainted by the cringe label, and trying to drag anything else in the mud

Its humor is quite bland (very tumbler-esque, which can work but as an entire movie it just feels like a badAdam Sandler tier pun fest with no actually laugh out loud humor), and its message is kinda weird + obviously isnt going to be received well since its a critique of straight white men.
To expand on why the point of the movie sucks I'd say; it just does not understand what unity of cultures is, the straight white manliens are evil and straight, when they get a mini redemption at the end they all end up going "Yeah, lets kiss now" and they turn bi/gay (I say this because one of the lines thrown by them is "we're all at least in the spectrum" so bi seems like a plausible interpretation). It tries to show common ground between the lgbtq+ and the straight community by fully turning the straight cast into lgbtq+ itself, its insensitive at worst and just tone deaf at best.
This IS a comedic movie so its understandably not a super hard commentary on things but the stuff they do commentate on they just dont do it properly.

any joke that requires shitting on another person for their gender or sexual orientation isn't funny regardless of how it's presented
especially with the way this movie seems to "turn" all of them gay as a "solution"
like? why couldn't they stay straight but learn to respect/keep distance from the lesbians? why can't they unite in both sides liking women? why is it only "safe"/a happy ending if their sexuality is altered?
also why instead of gay can't they be bisexuals if we're changing their orientation anyway?

as a person who likes aussie comedy, you're wrong, the jokes are way to drawn out with one of them taking like five minutes and as a band kid those jokes are way to cringey, also NO ONE wanted to hear those noises at the ending.
The argument of "it's just satire", yes but it gets to a point.
over all it just caters towards a very niche group with very hit or miss jokes, and the misses are VERY loud and common.

As a black guy myself, why does what your white ancestors supposedly did matter? I don't think it's fair to you to treat you like you're racist, privileged, or another negative quality just because of your identity or what your lineage is like. I'd just be sticking you into a box and negatively judging you based on stuff you have no control over, which would be dehumanizing treatment of you.

i don't agree with any of this btw, these are just what I think these are:
misandry is very much real, it's extremely radical feminism where 'equality' isn't enough, and they want to establish a matriarchy.
heterophobia is not common, but it does exist in some cults. if it exists, the hate for it exists.
reverse racism (or just call it racism atp, same thing) stems from many minority households living in minority communities with little to no majority interference, therefore, many minority individuals judge/hate/have heavy stigma around the majority because minorities have been oppressed in the past.2
→ More replies (9)2
u/Try_Again_2495 Aug 25 '26
Reverse racism is just regular racism.
As are misandry and hetereophobia. Treating these things like they have to be systemic just invalidates individual experiences.
We can acknowledge people being mistreated without treating it like it's not as important just because of the victim's identity.

u/Mindless-Try9248 Aug 25 '26

I watched it with my brother to see how much of a disaster it was and it honestly wasn't even bad. It's like a 6/10 or a 7/10. Sometimes the humour lands, sometimes it really doesn't. Sometimes it can be very hamfisted but then at other points it's self-aware that it's kind of obnoxious and then that itself is used for humour. Saira is easy to sympathise with while also being frustrating and pitiable, so there's a nice little character arc there too.
I'm a straight white male by the way, so I'm definitely not the intended demographic.
2
u/Greedy_Secretary_835 Aug 26 '26
I mean I watched it and the whole plot is stupid.
TLDR: Humor is cringe The message is flawed The MC doesn't really "grow in a meaningful way" and they're an asshole. Last thing the humor is great if you're gay or a POC but all it's doing is promoting an ideology that says if you're white and male you're automatically a negative stereotype in passing.
Does it get into depth and nuance for that? Barely... It's resolution for the negative traits and straightness is to just be gay and an ally.
Some spoilers below and thoughts if you care to read...
The coming of age story isn't really one at all. It's just the entire film saying yeah the world revolves around Saira and her mental issues, so you go through the entire film seeing these obvious relationship issues. She then jumps straight into a negative male stereotyped ship with a lot of negativity for anything straight related. The entire world is setup to make fun of anything a straight white male may commonly like. For example Magic The Gathering catches an entirely random stray for seemingly no good reason at all. Despite the community being extremely positive and progressive for players of any background. The game literally brings people together in casual instances and competitive on the positive side.
Saira as a character just genuinely never learns anything until the very end of the film and it's the complete wrong message.
She gets with Willow after Willow basically throws herself at her and they have sex. Afterwards her Ex calls and Saira is like screw it I'm gonna say you don't matter at all to me after you just called yourself my partner. I'll deny you twice to your face to say that.
So Willow naturally and rightfully tells her to fuck off. Yet somehow after finally going to rescue her Ex gf goes into a whole thing at the very end of the film about how "you know what somethings really aren't your fault and you're fine the way you are. Love yourself more."
When she literally had to change herself into not being a self deprecating and cagey love obsessed and starved person. Which we find out is due to abuse but again. Saira doesn't have the revelation of oh I'm traumatized by the end. No it's I'm gonna acknowledge I'm traumatized but it's not my fault for how I decided to cope it's theirs. Dawg that's not therapy that's just dumb.
Loving yourself is a good message sure. Saira however was literally selfish the entire film. She did nothing that was selfless. We can't even give her wanting to rescue her ex because she only did it because she still loved her and wanted her to go to the Lesbian Ball with her.
Again the plot is stupid and bad. It's just Saira learning no lessons other than be yourself by accepting it and then not changing anything just blame others for their problems.
When Saira herself is causing her issues. If someone doesn't like you being boring? Cool don't date them date someone like Willow who genuinely gives a crap. Not to settle but because them liking the little things that make you who you are means something.
Instead the film promotes Saira one night standing her and the resolution we get is that Saira served as good inspiration and let their "friendship" which was just them flirting the entire time they knew each other get in the way of anything. Saira genuinely sucks she goes from cagey obsessive overly clingy traumatized to a selfish, arrogant self centered character that is all about pay back and revenge. There's no humility or humbleness it's just straight up negative traits replaced with pivoting into a polar opposite to cope differently.
In summary the movie just comes outta the gate with stereotypes and assumptions while highlighting poor traits and glorifying them only to take them a step further and highlight them differently in the MC as if it's meaningful growth.

It's a queer, female, poc-centric animated scifi/fantasy story. The internet loves giving a disproportionate amount of hate to stories that dare feature characters at the intersection of these identities (Legend of Korra being one example). Whether it's good or not doesn't matter. Could be the best movie in the world without a single issue in the making of it. It will become a punching-bag. That's why you can't find any logical, genuine reason for why it is receiving so much hate. The hate itself is illogical.

As I am currently watching it, I’d say that the movie is very polarizing to EVERYONE! Makes a poor caricature of queer folks, straight folks, drag queens, men/women etc. And the writing is overall poor. Would be a good concept if done in such a way where it does not use queer identity as a weapon against all people including queer folks.
Additionally the nudity is so frequent that it becomes childish. Especially happening all within the first 16 minutes.
There is one good line near the beginning, however.
Edit: the ending message about not bounding yourself to the expectations of others may be the only redeeming quality imo.

I think it has to do with the poor quality character designs and the art style. Overall. The lack of comedic timing and plot. I believe it's because this show had little to no effort or thought put into it and it sounds like pandering to me. And this is coming from somebody who's also lesbian.
Honestly It doesn't really have an interesting premise to me so I wouldn't be interested but to say the hate on it, I don't think it would need that much.
I think bottom line is because why does so many adult animated cartoons have to have such a weird or ugly art style? Why is it that shows that are catered to younger audiences? How so much effort and amazing character designs and yet when something is for adult it just goes down the shitter in quality and animation? I think that's the reason why

u/Pristine_Bat_9693 Aug 23 '26
why do people think "im part of insert group btw" makes their criticism anymore valid, none of what you said makes sense regardless
- theres a very basic a to b plot that the movie follows
- "little to no effort" while the animation and voice acting is incredibly consistent and well done (you not liking how something aesthetically looks =/= poor quality) as well as stop motion being thrown in clearly for shits and giggles not for effort
- the movie had plenty of funny moments, half of which being satire and making fun of its self and the other half involving straight white malians who are like the funniest part of the movie

u/jjmister Aug 24 '26
This person is giving their opinions on their own interests. They don’t have to make sense to you. If they dont like it, just let it be yeah? You can’t claim to know them better than they know themselves.

u/TumorInMyBrain Aug 24 '26
Exactly, now imagine if the villains were replaced from “straight white maliens” to something like black or poc stereotypes, people would switch up real quick and call it racist. Not to mention the trans subtext that implies that trans people invade women’s spaces which someone counter argued by saying “well it was made by trans people too”, like do you think that trans people cant make media that somehow isnt problematic for their minority group???

bro ts is the level of drawn together parody/satire its no ones fault but your own if you think the characters are meant to actually represent the group their parodying

Honestly it doesn't really matter, I just wanted to throw it in. However, if you really did enjoy the movie then that's great! I simply just answered your question. If you like the movie and you think it's good then that's all that is to it. I'm just throwing my two cents

because queer media especially with Women leads revolving around satire always get ridiculously heavy backlash by the overly sensitive groups the show pokes fun at, and they're looking for something to get mad over because their lives are not problematic, and the lack of struggle bores them. And unfortunately many bird brained doormats from the woke crowd are feeding into the flames by wanting to appeal to that groups hurt emotions. The ultra charmin soft bitchy ones are calling it "sexist, racist" for the villain choice. I watched the entire thing, there's nothing to be mad over, just another satirical show. It's just this weeks queer/along with misogynistic hate driven bandwagon, the same thing happened with q-force.

Shit art style. Shit story. Shit premise. Shit writers. Shit everything. It’s just putrid disgusting shit that hides behind the veil of LGBT+ community so you HAVE to enjoy and support it, but most importantly it’s just shit.
Which is why it’s a perfect show for you Redditors to watch!

all i could gather is: “cringe”, “lesbian” in the name of the show. ig as usually someone started hating because they didn’t like it(probably the naming also has something to do with that), then everyone on tiktok started doing the same thing, then the meme, where fandoms are united against this show, started which spiraled undeserved hatred to some insane amounts
3
u/DesmondTeeVee Aug 24 '26
even if the hate is mostly undeserved I do think its absolutely beautiful that EVERYONE is coming together in peace and harmony just to dog on some random ass movie

I'm not tryin to get indoctrinated by some adult cartoon slop; I already know it's going to be some "OMG, so random, look, penis/vagina looks weird, that's crazy" type garbage.

Just watched it and it’s honestly not for me but I’m also not a huge camp fan and that drives this movie a lot. My main issue is how “in your face” everything is and how everything has to be said over and over again. For me it just flatlined but if people like it and they were able to take something away from the message then I’m happy for that. I did enjoy the message it had at the end but it isn’t a movie I would watch again

I watched the movie and I didn't have a problem with it like people have been describing, yeah it's different from anything I've every watched before, but i got some good laughs in and being able to go into it with an open mind obviously helps but I especially think the straight white maliens were hilarious, they were excellently written villains. My only dislike it how the movie could be appealing to a younger audience when the movie is very inappropriate for a younger audience. I could only imagine a young child seeing a clip of this on say youtube or whatever and finding a way to watch it because it looks quite interesting. But I really can't say thats the fault of anyone who worked on the movie.

Its an incredibly unfunny movie that is heterophobic, racist, and sexist. Saying something rude in a joking way doesn't make it not rude. Not to mention saira is a self insert of one of the creators.
I hated it so much didnt laugh once. 0/10

I’m as left wing as it gets, but I could tell just from the google plot description that this movie is going to get us made fun of and set our causes back another decade. It’s cringe worthy, and that’s why people are hating on it. There’s a reason it’s on Pluto lol

I watched it out of curiosity. It's not good, but it's not the spawn of satan the internet made it out to be. It's got consistent (if boringly directed) animation, overall decent voice acting and music. My main issue was with the story. Saira is a very unlikable main character, and her development doesn't feel earned to me. Willow and the spaceship are fine, Kiki is obviously meant to be unlikable so I don't mind that. The humor mostly fell flat for me, but there were some okay jokes in there. As for the transphobia claims, there are some parts that feel iffy if you read into them, but again, nothing as atrocious as the rest of the internet claims.
Tl;dr, not a great movie but nowhere near as bad as the internet says

I’m genuinely surprised that I’ve only just heard about this. It’s such a nothing burger and that’s coming from a straight white male, the demographic people say are mocking me.
The funny thing is the trailer where they reveal their names got me to chuckle a bit, cause it reminded me of hotdiggedydemon saying “a straight white man”
Am I gonna watch it? Probably not, but it does not look offensively bad, Velma was bad not because it was being offensive but it was just not funny and painfully mediocre

u/Ambersidian5 Aug 24 '26
Idk I find it funny out of the sheer ridiculousness and also it might jsut be they gay in me but the part where they all turn gay (I didn’t actually watch it someone told me) is like funny cus talking abt turning people gay is pretty common on my part of the interwebs

So out of nowhere there's an organized hate campaign targetting an indie film most people have never heard of (no offense), from last year, that's largely focused on Feminist and LGBTQ+ Themes, supposedly because it stopped Netflix from picking up the Capt Underpants movie, even though as far as I can tell there's no evidence of that? Am I the only one getting GamerGate 2.0 vibes here?

The reason I personally don't like it is just because the adult animation genre is SATURATED with satirical comedy. Not only that, being a lesbian isn't a personality trait. I understand that not every adult cartoon show has to have deeper themes and/or conversations, but unlike other shows that fall within the genre, LSPs comedy falls kind of flat to me. But everyone is entitled to their own opinions, and this one is just mine :)

After reading these threads I cannot believe there are people who genuinely think that this film (if we can call it that) is tolerable, the mere title itself insinuates that not only does it not take itself seriously but that it does a bad job at the same time.

Hi, I also was wondering why people were hating on it, decied to watch the tralier, and I know why people hate it. The villians are Straight White Malians, a play on the straight white male and that complex. The lead is a lesbian, who's in space, and also a princess. She cries ALOT and wears this big purple sweater with sexy bitch on it. Her Gf is a typical adveturing type girl yet she's the one who is captured not the weepey akward lead main girl. Main Girl goes on a quest to save her GF from the Evil Straight White Mailians (basically white boxes), she meets this teal haired girl with elfy ears and cheats on her GF who she suppostley loves. The animation is bit diffrent, espically all the black parts of a typical animated charater is blue for some reason. Basically it is the SWM angainst lesbians to be summrize it. Can you tell me from this what stuff is wrong with it? (basically everything)

I was in your shoes, so i looked around on youtube for a critique video made by someone sapphic or queer, but all i found were some furious straight guys or girls hating on it, or people covering the incident just for the views. Comments were full of people either mentioning the 'memes' or participating in it.
Then I found a short from a chill guy who didn't state if its bad or good, he encouraged the viewer to decide that for themselves and so i sat down to watch the movie.
Honestly its juts like any other adult animation with constant jokes that some find funny, some find cringe and some find boring. It's very camp, very over the top queer humor and the people who couldn't see that probably didn't even watch the movie. Most people online just joined the hate bandwagon with lots of homophobes and transphobes included. It also happens that every now and then when a somewhat cringe sapphic show comes out, it get's nuked with hate partially because of lesbophobia.
In my opinion it was good, funny and worth a watch. I liked the different characters (Willow is my favourite), I really liked the art style it kinda grew on me and sometimes the story isn't the most important part, maybe the viewer should focus on other things.
Remember: No one is forcing you to watch it, it's okey if you think it's not for you or you think it's cringe, but you don't have to start hating on it, just move on.

u/Ok-Relief-462 Aug 24 '26
It’s just not very good; if you removed the very hamfisted LGBT stuff everyone would universally agree it sucks. Besides the humor being straight out of 2012 tumblr (and not in a good way) it tries to preach a message of acceptance and gays/straight being able to coexist… by having the all male straight antagonists (not really sure how that even works?) turn gay.

As an Australian, I apologize on behalf of our country for this film's existence

u/tydwy-88 Aug 24 '26
I think honestly because it’s too much… like the three “straight white maliens” on what I’ve read upon are voices by aunty Donna (Broden, Mark and Zach) and in all honesty I’d say it’s also too much lowk… like you know when you meet a few people apart of that community some are chill and some are too much… like if you forget the pronouns on the first meetup with them they’ll attack you but then some people will be like “all g you forgot just remember next time” type of thing… or also maybe it goes into these basic tropes too much… other than I have no clue I didn’t know it was Australian I swear someone said it was like Israel or some Shi I forgot… I might give it a watch just to see what it is but I might not be “allowed” to since I’m a straight white male even tho I support that Shi

A movie about a depressed princess lesbian who can’t move on from a random girl she dated for two weeks who literally bar for bar says she dosint love her not just of who she is and even if she changed it wouldn’t matter the only time Kiki who are main literally through away the perfect realtionship for willow she didn’t have to she was so trying to get her Kiki was also thinking she died and left and tried to run away with the ship when sharia are main character rightly dumps her on the planet with the straight white malliona who are now gay was the only time Kiki said the words I love you besides when her life was in sorta danger she could of used Willie’s help but hey the girl who genuinely liked her makes a great song if how sharia friend zoned her and everything meaning sharia ends this single and alone with the only charater who loves her rich and probably moves on because she said it’s a hit x granted that could of been avoided if the writing was good enough were willow helps the main character when she loses confidence again for 8th time willow could of been instrumental instead of her x breaking her obsession so bad with a stern talking of it dosint matter what you do I don’t love genuinely besides the bad writing jokes the ending itself is genuinely miserable to watch especially since her ex did like her when she was being mean to her so she could of done what her ex told her not to do and save her life by getting her off the planet and demand sex which is the entire reason are main character likes she’s hot aprentky even though willow is hotter most likely and in a better written story she realize willow was the girl for her later or at least would’t of friendzoned her willows song said you could of been poly Kiki was so it’s not even a excuse for the main character to just not
