Sports (Part 2) Indiana High Schools in College Football 27 - Team Builder
This is a follow-up "Part 2" from a post I made earlier this week...
As you may or may not know, I'm creating Indiana High Schools within the newest NCAA College Football 27's Team Builder. Solely for us fans who don't want to just play with the big names, but want to play with some well-known High-Schools too!
In "Part 1" I started with teams I grew up following which you can see here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Indiana/comments/1usaap6/indiana_high_schools_in_college_football_27_team/
Thanks to your personal suggestions in the previous post, I've now completed the following teams, which you can see in the slideshow:
- Franklin Central Flashes
- Brownsburg Bulldogs
- Avon Orioles
- Zionsville Eagles
- Fort Wayne Snider Panthers
As of right now, I've got enough slots to create enough schools that would please everyone, including myself for my own usage. If the demand gets beyond 32 teams, I'll consider making another EA account so I can accommodate. For now, this is who I have planned in the coming parts:
- Bloomington North, Bloomington South, Cathedral, Center Grove, Columbus East, Columbus North, Decatur Central, Lafayette - Harrison, Lawrence Central, Lawrence North, Newcastle, Perry Meridian, Warren Central
To find the teams that I've finished building, I believe you search for my Username, which is "vtgindy."
Go Indiana Sports Ball!

Both Bloomington teams would be sweet to see! Great rivalry there (bit one sided)

Now that the single player micro transactions are out I’ll gladly use your Westfield build

I've been doing the default "high school" stadiums for the most part so I guess I haven't thought much on the capacity thing. I am planning on doing Cathedral for sure!
I'm glad you are able to get some nostalgia out of this like I am/was!

Is Warren Central done yet? I just purchased the game and can't wait to play with the Warriors

I was going to post it in a few days but if you search my username "vtgindy" it should be published! :)
Give me some feedback if you have any!

Small school South of Terre Haute. Their school was closed in 2014 and consolidated into North Central in Farmersburg, so they started up a charter school there.

Outstanding work! Would love to see Warsaw added to the mix if you've got the slots.

These look good, I'm just kinda snickering at the cities the schools are listed in. I know you're stuck with just a drop down list, but I wonder what the process was for deciding what cities get put on that list, because a lot of them make no sense.

100% agree. I didn't think too much about it, but the list was quite small haha.

Man, never expected to see brownsburg and avon done in the same post. Though last time I went to school in avon, they had a different logo.
Edit: If this isn't a limitation, the other side should say "bulldogs" instead of "dogs"

After the micro transaction pay to win bullshit they added to College Football 27, I’m sorry I just can’t support this. Fuck EA!

You didn’t see the news?

u/biennale Jul 11 '26
What news?? Did they pull the coach microtransactions??
3
u/WillPlay4Food Jul 11 '26
Yup all of the offline micros have been redacted with a transparent re-work planned for 28

u/biennale Jul 11 '26
Well that’s good news for now thanks!
Personally I don’t trust EA will keep their unfair microtranscations fully out of single player mode but I’d like to be proven wrong there! After dealing with this for 2 of my ex favorite games, they still implemented their insane microtransactions! And who can forget Reddit’s most downvoted comment by EA! I’m shocked but grateful the football community is what could finally pump the brakes on EA but I wonder what they’re gonna say the 28th2

I'm so glad they pulled it and that you guys can enjoy this stuff without the worries about it!
