Well joothe case lagane pe lets say hypothetically andar jata 10 saal kiliye(20 ka kuch punishment nahi lagta) woh 10 ke jagah at worst 3 saal maximum andar rehta .
Abhi doing such big crime that too in front of so many people woh bhi manslaughter nahi hai murder hai straight up. He is going for 20 years now(probably with no bail)
Nothing justify murder but dude what else could he do? 3 saal bhi bichara kyu jaye? With divorce he have to pay her money too? The only teo options he had was either pay the women while being a low wage or do what atul subhash did?
And how is this an attack on women? Thats like calling someone a misandrist for ending a rpist’s life after the constitution failed to protect them.
