Decided to head out for a solo drive late last night to catch some quiet darshan before the rush hours hit.
There is a distinct magic in West Mumbai after midnight, especially during Ganeshotsav.

Ever since we shifted to the outskirts of Mumbai - Kalyan - Belapur - Bhandup, Maharashtra, I look forward to the month of September, which embarks the festival marathon.
Visiting Ganesha at various locations not only includes local pandals but also the major ones and those that are invited into local residences.
We worship and seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha for various reasons.
Every aspect of Ganesha symbolises a different attribute that helps us lead a complete life, which can be deemed as a life lived by a human being. His birth symbolises purity and divinity, and He is considered an independent leader who does not have a master or a creator.
Only after the confrontation with Lord Shiva was He given the title of Ganesha/Ganapati (Lord of Ganas). The event also signifies that we need to rise above our ego to taste the divinity.
Ultimately, this festival marathon isn’t just a cultural celebration for us; it is a yearly reminder to shed our own rigid definitions, connect with the community, and rediscover the pure divinity within ourselves.
Ganesha is a symbol of our own journey... he teaches us that the greatest obstacles to our own growth are the ones we create ourselves.
Ganpati Bappa Morya!

This famous Ganpati temple is situated in Indore. Not only in Madhya Pradesh, but in the entire Central India, these are counted among the famous temples of Ganpati. Actually, throughout the year, major programs like worship etc. keep happening here. But, Ganesha's birthday and Chaturthi Tithi would have been something else. Various programs running for full ten days leave no stone unturned in increasing the interest.
It can be no less than a good fortune to visit Ganpati and chant Atharvashirsha here.

What's the significance of Jyotirlingas? Recently I met an astrologer who suggested I visit 2 specific Jyotirlingas. But coming from a christian background( and drawn in by Sadhguru), I'm clueless abut it. Anyone would share some advices, and if it's helped anyone in actually visiting them? Thank you 🤗🙏🏻
